5.00We had a great, informative guide, Lillie. Saw and learned a lot about manatee. She kept us safe on the river, with lots of traffic around. Found some quiet spots to hang out and just watch them for a long time.

5.005- we had a great time with Kyle as our guide. It was a small group of 5 of us. Kyle knew just where to go to see lots of manatees with few people around. He knew lots of interesting facts about the manatees and about Crystal Springs. A fun, and educational tour😊

5.00Hands down the best kayaking experience in Crystal River. The staff (huge shoutout to Kacey and the team) are super friendly and knowledgeable. The location at Pete’s Pier is perfect because you don't have to deal with shuttles—you just launch and go. We saw a mom and baby manatee within the first 20 minutes! The equipment was clean and the whole process was seamless. Will definitely be back!

5.00Kacey's was totally awesome. VIATOR WAS AWFUL. No address or directions on confirmation. Website & text link useless. No # to call. Website sent us to WRONG location. No one to assist. After an hour of calling all the local adventure companies, we finally found the one that had our reservation. Thank God Kacey's still let us have our excursion even though we were so late. Kacey peeps rock! Katelyn is an exceptional guide. Loved her! Viator terrible. Will never use them again.

5.00We loved our Kayak adventure!! We felt the warm welcome from this company from the ladies at the registration desk to our amazing guide Kyle. This is his part time job as her finishes his doctorate. He puts his educational prowess to practice by giving us extra fun facts about the personal history and migration habits of the manatees. He was knowledgeable about the favorite hiding spots for the manatees. This adventure did not disappoint. You are guaranteed to see lots of manatees. He was passionate about directing our tour in a safe manner always making sure the manatees were protected. Kyle is an amazing photographer. He took fabulous pictures and videos which captured many fun memories from our day. The pictures and videos were free!!! Kyle gave us great dinner and lunch recommendations so we could enjoy the favorite local hot spots while we were visiting the city. Kyle was the highlight of our excursion. He was a great ambassador for Crystal River community.

5.00You will see manatees, a lot of manatees, and even more of them. Arrive on a sunny day in February and you will not be disappointed. The guide is knowledgeable, the boats cool and the manatees playful. Highly recommended.
