This was an excellent tour. The hardest part was the 3 hour drive each way to and from Geneva but it was in a comfortable vehicle and our driver and tour guide Babis was knowledgeable and friendly. It was cool to see the Matterhorn (of course) but the highlight for me was the Glacier Paradise and being at the peak/summit (~10,000 ft altitude). Definitely dress for the cold up there (we didn’t :- ) but otherwise was an amazing view (when the blue skies peeked out). The restaurant was good for a quick snack. After that we spent time in Zermatt - pretty small town - just about an hour though - enough time to get a gelato though! We were very pleased with this tour! Oh one other cool thing - we had a lady in our group who was in a wheelchair. Babis and others in our group went beyond the call of duty and made sure the lifts would stop so she could get on and off safely. Major kudos to him and our group! There was a spot or two she couldn’t get to be we all made sure she could do as much as possible and it really made for a nice event as well. Awesome tour guide, awesome group.

Disappointment with utter apathy of Keytours The tour van met with a horrible horrible accident 1.5 hours into the trip. Its both rear wheels detached, ran meters away from the van, which dangerously tilted on one side. This was on a busy motorway and could have been a fatal accident. We wasted 2.5 hours waiting for the replacement van shortening our rather expensive trip. Let alone any refunds or compensation, no company representative even met us on return to apologize. We almost lost our lives and in any case lost precious time from an expensive trip. We demand a written apology from Keytours and an appropriate compensation amounting to $400 for two of us
