2.00We don’t know. The company said the tour was on a certain date. Then they changed the date. What was on my booking sheet from Viator was one day after the tour to place and we had the wrong day on our voucher When we arrived, we were told that they looked for us the day previous. I’m going to notify my credit card company on this problem and will request a refund. The worst part was during the day we were asked how the tour is going.

5.00Wonderful excursion! David was our driver to Zermatt, he explained how to take the cable car up the mountain and where to meet the bus at the end of the day. He doesn’t actually take you up there, you are on your own. Views from the top were amazing! The village of Zermatt is picturesque and fun to walk around in. We had fondue at du Pont restaurant and it was delicious! The bus ride is long, but worth it. David did stop so we could use the restroom.

5.00Excellent experience! Our guide Amin was truly knowledgeable and helpful. Really enjoyed the views of the Matterhorn and surrounding areas! Restaurant we ate at was great and even did a little shopping! Highly recommend this excursion to all!

4.00Very good experience. Pick up on time. Friendly guide. While it says it is a "guided tour", because of the small number of people who are going up to the Matterhorn, the tour guide does not actually accompany you to go up. Other than that, he was very informative and attentive.

3.00You are left to try and find the bus by yourself. There is absolutely no direction on the cable car or at the glacier paradise. Views are very dependent on weather and it is a lot of money and a long day to not even see the Matterhorn. This company has terrible customer service.
