  ANOTHER Overbooking SCAM from swiss tours. Wrong information given in the hope you miss the tour and arrive at the wrong meeting point, only for them to tell you there was a system glitch and the seats were never available at the point of sale! Pathetic racket. Shameful company preying on the vulnerable for profit.

  Very difficult to find the meeting location. We arrived with 1/2 hour to find the dock. Poorly marked. We almost missed the cruise. Drink was a poor glass of wine. Aperitifs were cheese sticks and bread sticks with a couple of other appetizers. Expected better

  Nice activity, although we struggled to get to meeting point, which was wrong on Google maps and we had to call the agency

  Nice ride around the city end of the lake, with wine and cheese. Comfy boat, nice captain. Not easy to find, the map pin takes you to the big ferries, but the instruction I found in a review to look for the white crane about a block away from the map location is the spot. I found this info in a review, so here it is again.

  So, where is the meeting point…Here goes..The meeting point is infront of the Grand Hotel Genève (listed as Fairmount Grand on google maps) to the left of the grey crane as you look at the lake. The boat is black and white spotted with Swiss Tours on the side. If using the App ‘What3words”then you are looking for buck.loving.lobbed. Photos included. Maybe visit before your scheduled time to see the boat and confirm. The mini cruise was 10/10. The Skipper Vassili was great, knew his stuff, great conversation and kept the wine flowing, a credit to the team. Would highly recommend if you have an hour to spare
