Do not book this tour! We booked the private tour which cost around €48pp. The vehicle had four seats but the forth seat was as in the back and hard to access. The driver arrived 30 minutes late then ‘Forgot’ the ‘symphony of lights’ part of the tour so we arrived too late and missed it! The driver’s English was heavily accented which made her difficult to understand. I complained to Viatour and asked for a refund or partial refund and they refused point blank. Very disappointing!!!

It was really an awesome experience. Our guide, Rayhan, made everything easy. We had fun time especially at the Chinatown.

Our tour was changed from a group tour to a private one last minute, which was brilliant. We had a driver and a tour guide, who was really friendly and informative. The itinerary had to be rearranged last minute also due to a religious festival but she compensated for it by showing us other places we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. She made it thoroughly enjoyable.

Teraja was our guide and we were so lucky to have him. His knowledge of architecture, dates and different religions is phenomenal. I am slightly disabled, but I found things reasonably easy to get to and from. Every question we asked, Teraja knew the answer. The car was air conditioned, and trust me, you needed it. His English was very good and he went above and beyond to let us see everything he felt was relevant in Kuala Lumpur. An amazing experience, and by the end of it, we felt we were talking with family.
