We start our tour exploring Guiones' neighbourhoods, trails, and back roads, learning about its humble beginnings and how the different visions have shaped its pristine terrain.
Nosara
From there, we ride on the main road and head to the Nosara River to continue our exploration. Then we visit Rio Montaña area, uncovering local legends as we cross bridges, ride on logging roads, and hidden paths, admiring the tress and birds around us.

5.00Highly recommend this cycling tour of Nosara! It is an interesting exploration of areas off the beaten path. German was a great guide, extremely knowledgeable - we learned so much about the area. The ride is a nice mix of road, dirt road and path. Challenging but fun and a good workout. Beautiful views. It really enhanced our love for Nosara.

5.00We are 4 women of a certain age traveling together all over the world and this week in Costa Rica. We take bike tours wherever we go and this one with Germain was among the very best . He outfitted us according to size, provided adequate equipment and balanced our fitness level and motivation to experience the local terrain with great sensitivity and acumen. He taught us about the history of the region and the efforts to protect the eco system and beauty surrounding us. He was playful and welcoming and made the entire morning ride a peak experience for all of us. He is a very skilled and capable rider and instructor and tour guide. Our voice is a unanimous 5 star recommend ! Take this tour with Germain .

After the tour we received photos and a great video of our ride; great memories were made and memorialized. German is an excellent guide, I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Wonderful experience. German was an excellent guide...... passionate, informative, professional and personable. Biking was a great way to see Nosara. We saw parts of the landscape we never would have encountered via car. We recieved a 3G video of our ride route that included photos and videos of our ride.... COOL! German imparted a great deal of knowledge regarding the region and the concepts of Eco-tourism and sustainability. We highly recommend this tour and will definitely book again. Thanks German!

5.00One of the best bike tours I’ve ever been on! German, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the entire coastline - it was a great way to see the area. Make sure you bring water and sunscreen, bug spray was not needed.
Don’t miss out on this fantastic ride and overview of the Nosara area!

5.00German is amazing! VERY knowledgeable about the area, the culture, and the environment. He kept a good pace while attending to the slowest members of our party. Very supportive and encouraging on the challenging parts of the ride. The bamboo bikes are fabulous and easy to navigate on the trails. There is very little paved surfaces on this route. After the ride we were given a map of our journey along with plenty of pictures. I very highly recommend this trip with German!

5.00This was a great ride!!! Bamboo frame bikes were very cool. My wife and I covered around 11 miles of the Nosara area with German. He tought us about local plant and wildlife and answered many questions we had about the area. We got a little workout for sure. What a beautiful area we explored! This is a great way to see the area Bring some water and do this trip!!! I would recommend a morning ride and I was glad that I brought my camelback water pack. He also included some photos that we love. Thank you German, we hope to return and do this again

5.00A wonderful trip through areas of Nosara we hadn’t explored. A beautiful ride that’s also a great workout! German is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable. A bonus turtle sighting, as well. Don’t miss this while in Nosara!

5.00I really enjoyed everything. German was so informative and is so committed to supporting Nosara’s natural beauty which he relished showing me. I got to go to places few get to see and got a good workout too! He offered numerous suggestions to check out while we are here. The coconut water at the end was delicious. I will be going back for more! Wonderful time wonderful guide!
