This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the desert terrain and dune-bashing activity.

Guests with back problems, neck pain, heart conditions, or serious medical issues are advised not to participate in dune bashing.

Pregnant women and infants (under 3 years) are not recommended for the off-road portion of the tour; however, they may join the camp activities if private transfer is arranged.

The camp area features seating with carpets and low tables; VIP majlis seating with chairs can be arranged upon request.

All vehicles are air-conditioned and equipped with seat belts for comfort and safety.

Special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) can be accommodated with prior notice.
