Let us take you on a sommelier-led journey through our pristine estate vineyards and state of the art production area as you learn how the Temecula Valley climate and our special winemaking methods drive the renowned quality of Europa Village wines.

During the tour we will also visit our educational vineyard featuring more than 20 different grape varieties to best judge their performance on our estate.

We will also see a live cork tree and cork production infographic.

The unique soils and geographic features that make our valley perfect for quality viticulture will also be on discussed in depth.

As we walk we will taste five wines before descending into our new Vienza Cave, beautiful Barcelona Room or posh Palomino Room for a delicious food and wine pairing showcasing 3 wines paired with a charcuterie board for each guest, a chef's choice appetizer and delightful chocolate nib. Please advise of dietary restrictions & note that all taxes & gratuities are included in the tour fee.

The final three wines served on the tour will be paired with food. The food selections will include a personal charcuterie board for each guest, chef's choice appetizer and delicious chocolate nibs.

Eight wines will be tasted along the duration of tour including special reserve and imported bottlings.

Europa Village Wineries & Resort

Guests will be taken on a sommelier-guided walking tour to learn about wines, winemaking, food pairing and the unique qualities of our European themed winery resort. Along the walking component we will sample 5 wines, with 3 more included with the food pairing at the conclusion of the tour. We will venture into Estate Syrah and Graciano vineyards and on to our state of the art Production Facility with bladder press, grape conveyor, and temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to learn how wine is grown and vinified. This will be followed by a walk through our educational experiential vineyard where we will discuss grape varieties and the unique Temecula terroir. Also included is a unique exhibit detailing cork production and local soils. Finally we will descend into our cave, barrel room or executive lounge for an educational wine and food pairing with each guest receiving a personal charcuterie board, chef's choice appetizer and chocolate bite.

The tour was very enjoyable and informative. Our tour guide, Derek, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of wine making, from the vines and grapes to the winery process, and why Temecula, CA is such a hot spot for boutique wine making. The wines we tasted were all good and the three pairings that Derek shared with us were enlightening. Overall, an excellent experience. Loved it.

I reserved our first winery tour as a 25th anniversary present for me and my wife. We enjoyed every moment of it. Our tour guide Rebecca was excellent, and her passion and enthusiasm for everything wine was apparent. It was a fun, educational, humorous and typsy adventure! Highly recommend it.

Fantastic tour. Love our tour guide Betsy.. Highly recommend. There were several tastings over the three wineries: France, Italy, and Spain. I would take the tour again. Amazing. Disneyland for adults,

Wow! What a great time! Preston was our host throughout the whole experience and he did an excellent job of explaining how wines were made at Bolero and in general with charismatic charm. Wasn’t kidding about drinking a lot of wine on the tour, 8 glasses with a variety and story of each. Entertaining from start to finish. The last 3 were paired with food, mini charcuterie board, a little appetizer, and chocolate. 10/10 would recommend this experience and I would personally do it all over again.

This was a really great tour! There were six of us and another couple so it was a small fun group. Mary ( our tour guide ) made the experience fun, entertaining and very informative. She gave us more time and energy than we expected but definitely appreciated!!! I would highly recommend starting your experience in Temecula with this tour. Loved it!!! Thanks Mary!!

We have never experienced such a place that not only offered great wine but the experience of each country. We were lucky enough to go during the holidays which is lovely and festive! Make sure to just pay for the "passport" which will give you 1 tastings between all three countries. You can walk the property with your wine and eat at the eateries on site. There are many areas to have your wine and eat. Lovely and will return for a visit at the Inn.
