Esta excursión invita a los turistas a conocer, en una tarde, como se originó la cultura por el vino en Mendoza, visitaremos el departamento de Maipú y conoceremos el proceso de elaboración del vino visitando 3 de sus bodegas, degustando sus varietales, recorriendo una olivícola y conociendo los sabores del aceite olivo y las conservas.

El hilo conductor de la excursión tiene que ver con la historia rica de la región vitivinícola y olivícola, su actualidad de vanguardia y sus principales bodegas boutique y artesanales.

Olivicola Boutique Pasrai

Olivícola Pasrai es uno de los principales productores de aceite de oliva de Mendoza. En esta visita podrás recorrer su almazara (donde elaboran los aceites) y realizar una degustación de aceitunas, aceites, conservas y cosmeticos que derivan del olivo. Incluye degustación de aceites, aceitunas, acompañado de pan y conservas. También van a poder probar cosméticos que derivan del aceite de oliva. - IMPORTANTE - En caso de no contar con disponibilidad en la olivícola se sustituye por la olivícola Centenario de las mismas características.

Vistandes Winery

Vistandes es una bodega boutique destacada en el departamento de Maipú. Nos recibirá en su nave principal con una muestra permanente de pinturas referidas a la vitivinicultura y Mendoza. La bodega ofrece la posibilidad de visitar sus intalaciones de elaboración, su piletas y guarda de vinos en barricas además de su sala de degustación. Incluye degustación de por lo menos 3 copas de vino de diferentes varietales y características. - IMPORTANTE - En caso de no contar con disponibilidad en la bodega se sustituye por Bodega artesanal Esencia 1870 o por la Bodega artesanal Viñas El Cerno.

Excellent way to get to know a variety of vineyards. Flavio did a great job giving us the history of the area and vineyards. I recommend it to everyone who wants a fun way to get to know Mendoza’s vineyards.
