3.00Basically short story short... you are paying for basically just transportation. There is absolutely no information given on any of your surroundings the whole time, even when you pay extra for the walking tour. Also, the wi-fi didn't work, but it was a nice bus. After the long quiet drive, we got to Florence. Although it was not the company's fault, it was an absolutely miserable heat due to the heat. The guide, before leaving us for three hours in Florence, told us we would have absolutely no time for a restaurant and we would really have to rush to see everything. Me and my family were satisfied after an hour. We couldn't enter the Duomo or galleries/museums due to long lines and no tickets. Everyone was sitting drenched in sweat, fanning themselves with pamphlets two hours in on our three hour break in Florence. Was it nice seeing Florence and Pisa? Yes, it was interesting. Would I do this again? HELL NO. Maybe in a cooler month and if I booked an additional tour or something else during the long break in Florence.
