1.00We were at the pickup point 300 Rspoanade Stat noon waiting to be picked up. A gentleman called our phone asking where we were. He pulled up ten minutes later with another gentleman in a Toyota Highlander. No name tag, No company identification, Vehicle is not marked. We did NOT FEEL SAFE so we did not join him,

3.00The tour operator that Viator hired did not show up. I had to purchase a van for my family , Viator did refund the money, but I would rather had it go smoothly

1.00Don’t go with Viator. They don’t turn up after taking your money! We wanted for this tour at the appointment time and place but Viator did not turn up.

1.00I booked a tour for 5 people and they never showed up at all, they are unprofessional and unreliable company wouldn’t book with them ever again.
