We will start with an exciting horseback ride into the jungle, where you will enjoy the lush vegetation and the thrill of exploration. Then we will head to the majestic Basilica of Higüey, an iconic place of worship and pilgrimage.
Afterwards, we will visit the lively local market to immerse ourselves in the culture and traditions of the region. We will continue to a handicraft store where you can purchase unique souvenirs and appreciate the local talent.
Our next stop will be the impressive Anamuya Mountains, where we will enjoy a refreshing swim in the river and a delicious Dominican buffet lunch. Afterwards, we will enter a typical house to taste local coffee and cocoa, while learning about the diverse flora of the area.

5.00Excellent cultural tour to Higüey from Punta Cana. We were two people and had a great time from start to finish. Visiting the Basilica of Our Lady of Altagracia was impressive, and we learned a lot about the local history and culture. The guide was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Transportation was comfortable and well organized. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore more of the Dominican Republic beyond the resort area
