This unique experience to Saona Island offering for small groups of 14 pax. Limited 2 Groups. We will visit places not visited by the masses, we will go by Speedboat to the town of Mano Juan, the only places inside the Saona island with a local community. Here we will know a community leader who run the turtle conservation area, we will have the time for learn about Turtle and how important they are for the planet. In Mano Juan, we will serve you a breakfast: sandwiches cheese tomatoes & turkey ham. After Mano Juan Beach, We will be visiting Abanico Beach the most beautiful and famous white sands beaches, perfect beach for jump in the water and enjoy the Caribbean Sea of Dominican Republic. Beach chairs and open bar. In Abanico Beach we will enjoy a private self service Buffet Lunch with Dominican Food. After lunch, we will go to see the Mangrove and explain their roll. After, we go to Palmilla Beach, snorkeling to See Star Fish. Ending at Bayahibe Reef doing Snorkeling for see fish.

5.00This was an amazing experience and the team really looked after my friend and I. The trip truly felt intimate and allowed us all to enjoy the islands without the rush and mayhem of busy crowds. We even got to see and hold starfish, which for me was the best part of the trip! Amazing crew, great food, good vibes and all around an excellent experience. Biggest thanks and gratitude to the crew and the commendable service they provided!

5.00Really wonderful day out, Melvin was a great host. Thoroughly recommend this particular tour. Nice early start to beat the crowds. Excellent choice of beaches and snorkeling spots. We saw a turtles, huge starfish and tropical fish. Saona is beautiful!
Must book. Very educational, supportive, and fun!!

5.00This was by far the most educational and fun excursion I've been on. I really enjoyed learning the culture and history of this island, including DR as well as Haiti. Melvin is a very passionate guide who supports local communities and businesses such as the Turtle Conservation. Highly advise people to wait to buy any souvenirs until you get to the turtle conservation so you are supporting a good business/cause which needs more funding and support. My phone went missing during one of the snorkeling stops and the staff immediately dived to help me look for it, thankfully another person had it but their immediate assistance was admirable. Pedro who operated our boat was very kind and we had great conversation. Really loved this tour and appreciate the staff, their assistance and patience.

5.00Saona Island is a lovely postcard place. Initially I booked this tour on a catamaran but after reading reviews, I canceled the tour and booked this expensive tour of small group on a speed boat. We got picked up way earlier at 6 am but that was the best thing. We reached Saona island and had that whole island to ourselves. We walked around the island and snapped great photos. When we started lunch at 12:00 pm, at that time all catamaran and bigger boats started to arrive. We left the island at 1 pm and headed towards mangrove and another beach where we saw star fish and did snorkeling. My kids truly enjoyed that. Food was traditional Caribbean. The tour guide Melvin also snapped our photos and sent to us via whats app at the end of the day. It was such a great experience and is highly recommended!

5.00Pick up was extremely early (06:20) BUT (!!) extremely worth it. If you watch tiktoks, most reviews of Saona trips are going to be "that it is really crowded" - let me tell you it definetely wasn't for us. The early pick up is really worth it. We were picked up at the resort in a truck and we got to listen to the history of the saona and other islands or let's say dominican republic in general, which was really interesting. The tour guide is really enthusiastic about the history and geography. They made a stop at a gas station so we had the chance to buy our own breakfast if we arleady knwe that we was not gonna like the breakfast they prepared for us. Then we were brought to the port where we had to take a speed boat (which was fun). Then we had the first drive to the Saona Island of about 45 minutes I am not sure, but we enjoyed it. We were brought first du Mano Juan which is the only part of the Island with population. There we had breakfast (3-4 different types of sandwiches, fruits, drinks, ..). Mano Juan looks really beautiful. We learned some things about the sea turtles and got to know Mr. Negro, that takes care of their safety. They gifted us a coconut oil and we had the chance to buy some more to support Negros work. Then we went to the famous Isla Saona beach, wherr we had a reservated area for us tho sunbathe and enjoy the free time - so no crowdings! At this point we were the only ones on that beach. Water - stunning!! At noon we got to eat included lunch (rice, salad, meat, fruits, I don't remember everything). Notice: there is no service on that island, but you could buy Wifi access there. Then we went on the speed boat again and got to see Starfish and some seaturtles (which depends on the nature if you can see them or not). After that they provided us with snorkeling equipment so we could enjoy the underwater world for about 30minutes. Notice: The tour guide always made sure to take some pictures with his phone of us, which he sent and airdropped us at the way home the same evening - for FREE!!!! Extremely friendly. I recommend tipping him.

5.00This is by far the best experience ever to saona island! We started the tour only 13 people group and early in the morning so we were the first to arrive in the island and we enjoyed it to the fullest! I cannot say enough for the staff and the tour operator malvin! He treated us very nicely with a delicious breakfast and lunch and showed us the pure magic of the island by snorkelling while looking for starfish and he even took pictures of us and shared with all of us with no scams and extreme prices. He is the one you should trust to make your experience to saona truly once in a lifetime!

5.00We loved this tour. The company was easy to communicate with and provided all information in a timely manner before the tour. The speedboat ride is bumpy but cool! The biggest perk is definitely arrived early to the beach on Saona before the crowds get there. Definitely recommend bringing towels, sunscreen, and bug spray. The starfish sandbar and the reef snorkeling were extra special as well! Included in the tour is information about the islands and the areas which is something most don’t offer and definitely added to our experience.
