We made the reservation by sending an email directly from Japan. There is very little information about Zimbabwe in Japan, so we were very worried about whether it was a legitimate travel agency, but Mr Matt replied promptly and politely, and patiently answered all our questions repeatedly. As a result, we were able to head to Zimbabwe with peace of mind. Upon arriving in Zimbabwe, Mr Taf kindly assisted us and provided us with support. We stayed at the N1 Hotel where this travel agency is located, so we saw him many times after the tour ended, and he always patiently and carefully tried to understand our poor English. Chobe Tours arranged a completely private tour for us, which was very comfortable. We were traveling with my 7-year-old and 12-year-old children, and we had no problems at all. Due to the rainy season, we didn't see many animals on the river cruise, but on the land game drive, we were able to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and other animals we wanted to see many times. At first, we couldn't find any lions, but the driver did his best to fulfill my son's request, and we were able to see lions sleeping and running. Since lunch was arranged as a packed lunch instead of at the hotel, we were able to enjoy a full day of game driving without any unnecessary breaks. To be honest, the price was very high, but since tourist attractions in Victoria Falls as a whole are very expensive, we guess it can't be helped. Since we traveled all the way to Victoria Falls, we are glad we didn't compromise and participated in the best game drive we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this tour and the tour company. 日本から直接メールを送って予約しました。日本ではジンバブエの情報がとても少なく、きちんとした旅行会社なのかとても不安でしたが、マットさんがすぐに丁寧な返事をくれて、私達からの質問にも繰り返し丁寧に答えてくれました。なので、安心してジンバブエへ向かうことができました。ジンバブエへ着くと、タフさんが丁寧に対応してくれて、私達をサポートしてくれました。私達はこの旅行会社があるN1ホテルに泊まったので、ツアー終了後も何度も顔を合わせましたが、いつも私達の下手な英語を理解しようとゆっくり丁寧に対応してくれました。チョベツアーは完全プライベートにアレンジしてもらい、とても快適でした。 7歳と12歳の子連れでしたが、何も問題はありませんでした。雨期のためリバークルーズではあまり動物は見れませんでしたが、陸ゲームドライブではライオン、象、キリンなど見たかった動物を何度も見ることができました。最初なかなかライオンを見つけることができませんでしたが、ドライバーさんが息子のリクエストに応えようと頑張ってくれて、寝ているライオンや走っているライオンも見ることができました。昼食もホテルではなくランチボックスにアレンジしてもらったため、無駄な休憩なく1日中ゲームドライブを楽しむことができました。正直値段はとても高かったですが、ビクトリアフォールズ全体として観光系はとても値段が高かったので、仕方ないのかなと思います。遠い日本からせっかくビクトリアフォールズまで行ったので、妥協しないで最高のゲームドライブに参加して良かったと思います。このツアーもツアー会社も、とてもおすすめです(^^)
