  Sabrina was an amazing and thoughtful guide. It was busy and I would love a month to explore Florence, but we did well with the time we had.

  Sabrina was truly an amazing guide, she informed us, took care of us, and shared her knowledge all while making us laugh. She was a treasure to spend the day with. The tour was great, we were on time at the start so gave us lots of time to see both spots. It was extremely hot so Sabrina prepared a trolly ride to Pisa which was worth the extra $.

  First off, the meetup instructions say to take the shuttle bus. They don’t mention that the shuttle is 7E per adult, kids free. And other groups were getting picked up right at the dock! Sabrina was a kind mama sort of tour guide. The tasting was good. I can’t remember how much extra we paid for it, but it was good pieces of bread with different spreads like pesto and truffle oil, plus toothpicks (!!!) of different nut cremas. It was all delicious but considering how much we ended up buying, I kept thinking it should’ve been free. Sabrina kept saying we would only have 2 hours in Florence but if traffic was good, we would get more. The itinerary says 3 hours. And that’s how much we got. It was not enough time. Then we were dying. It was 100 degrees F, literally. And the A/C on the bus was just not good. They sell water for 1E each which is great. When we got to Pisa, she offered an all or nothing shuttle ride for 5E each, CASH ONLY. But the whole bus had to agree. Just add that to the cost of the tour! It’s so stressful to have to pay in euros when everything is on our phones each day. That’s why we didn’t have anything left for a tip. We had an hour and a half in Pisa. A half hour would’ve been fine for more time in Florence. And at the end, even though we had paid for the shuttle, they dropped us off at the dock. Why not save us the 14euros and hassle and pick us up there in the first place. Overall a nice day but AC and timing meant 4 stars.

  Sabrina brought us thru Pisa and Florence and we had a great time. The main reason it lost a star was because we found the communication poor, meaning we didn’t get confirmation (the company changed - from Florence something to Shore Emotions) until the actual time of meeting - and so we were wandering around not sure who to meet. I think a little text the day before - meet this person, wearing a blue shirt in the piazza… would have been appreciated. They also weren’t AT the address but at the piazza next to it, which is fine except that there’s a bunch of tours and it was hard to navigate. However it did exactly what was described. Brought us by A/C bus to the places, gave us free time. We enjoyed our day.

  Would be helpful to indicate that the tour may not be suitable for travellers who might not be able to catch up with the pace of the tour guide. Would also be helpful had the tour guide provided her cellphone number since we got lost when we were on our own. A detailed map was provided, however, it got blown away very unexpectedly.
