Our guide Alicia did a great job; informative, friendly, available always on the bus and off. The description of tasting is misleading although accurate as we got a taste of some itty morsels at a booth in the Market. There was food available in the market though. The pick up place was disappointing as no where to sit, and no shade. For the price, it was worth the transportation and guide's information.

We loved our excursion to Florence from cruise ship! Perfect way to see Florence for our family (kids 18, 14, 11), easy shuttle transfer from cruise ship to meet excursion guide, plenty of time in Florence to explore and enjoy food and drink, guide was very knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend!

We did the Florence and Pisa tour and we had 3 hrs in Florence and 1 hr in Pisa. Sabrina was excellent.

Even though this was not a guided tour, Igna guided us thru Florence showing us all the monuments. He gave us recommendations on restaurants, shops and showed us a few things that we asked about. He was patient and funny and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. We so enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend him as a guide.
Great way to do Florence on your own, but with transportation and plenty of guidance with a map of suggested routes.
