5.00Our guide Ariana was OUTSTANDING! She could have just left us to find our own way around but instead walked with us explaining sites as we came to them. She made our trip to Florence wonderful. The tasting with wine and charcuterie was also fun.

2.00Livorno to Florence is merely a ride to Florence and a very long walk from where the bus is licensed to stop and the city. The “guide” admitted to doing it on a part-time basis and didn’t act like a guide. This was very disappointing.

5.00You will be very lucky if you get Gabriele as your guide. He and our driver Luca were amazing! Everything was very well organized. Gabriele took very good care of all of us.

5.00After the free shuttle we walked 8 min to the meeting point. Florence and Pisa we liked super. Definitely worth a longer trip there! The guide Gabriele and the driver Luca were very cheerful and humorous. In Florence, we were the first to be taken to a deli market hall for a small tasting of wine, olive oil, pesto, pistachio cream and olive oil. The one saleswoman was a bit stubborn and annoyed because I didn't buy more than worth 20€.. the balsamic dressing for 40€ was just too expensive for me. The tour was moderated in Spanish and English alternately. All in all, the tour was great value for money as opposed to the trips from the shipping company. (2 persons 68€) The journey was also comfortable. We were even driven back to our cruise ship at the end.

5.00We have a wonderful and fantastic experience with Gabriel, our tour leader and Luca, the coach driver. They have been a good and entertaining team for the entourage. The timing between Florence and Pisa visit was perfect, especially during the late afternoon when we were at Pisa, we get to take d bright afternoon as well as the sunset view. Lastly, the icing on the cake was when Gabrielle announced that they would be sending us back to our shop instead of dropping us off at the meeting point due to the rush hour and its getting late. Thank you guys for your thoughtfulness. I would recommend this tour to those doing a first visit to Florence and Pisa.
