The service begins at the port at the landing stage of your ship, the driver will have a sign with the name of the person who has booked.
After the introductions the driver will take you to the vehicle which is a Mercedes Benz minivan.
From the port you will head to Florence where, after a short stop in Piazzale Michelangelo to take photos of the best panorama of Florence, the driver will drop you off in the main square of the city. From there you will have plenty of time to visit Florence, the cathedral, the square della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, etc.
Before leaving, you will agree with the driver for the time and place of pick up.
the transfer from Livorno to Florence takes about 1 hour and a half.
You will be taken back to the port and dropped off exactly where you were picked up in the morning.

5.00Two of us have been to Tuscany multiple times and spent as much as a week at a time in the countryside, but for one it was a first time visit & for a physically fit person to travel with us older ones, a private tour is a must! Gabrielle, our guide was perfect. He told us all we wanted to know but did not over-do the talking. He was an excellent driver. We visited Pisa for a photo stop at the Tower and spent the balance of the day in Florence soaking in the arts and culture and eating the fabulous food! Gabrielle recommended a wonderful restaurant where we could indulge in wine pasta and meats and we older folks could linger over a coffee while the younger went shopping and sightseeing. Plan your own pace and places on a private tour.

5.00Gabriele Benedetti was our driver and he made the whole process painless. Our cruise had a change of itinerary and he was promptly in touch with me to reschedule and also promptly answered my questions about the car accommodating my scooter. On the day he was clear in his instructions to us and met us promptly for the return trip. Five stars!!

5.00Our guide Gabrielle was fantastic! He was accommodating and friendly to us. He brought us into Florence and told us where he would meet us so we would get back to the cruise ship on time. We had over four hours there. He gave us suggestions on to where to go and shop. He even took us through the Tuscany countryside to get there and we saw beautiful vineyards. Thanks for a great time!!!!

5.00We mainly wanted someone to drive us from Livorno to Florence and back. Gabrielle was perfect! He told us lots about Florence before we arrived, took us to Piazzale Michelangelo and then dropped us where we wanted in city center. We explored on our own and when we were ready after lunch, he drove us back to the port. He is professional, on time, friendly and didn’t mind our 1 year old granddaughter who did have some moments of crying (it’s a long drive!)

5.00Gabriele is one of best. He arrived at the port on time and was able to customize our trip as we wanted to see the leaning tower of Pisa. He is very knowledgeable about local attractions. We had a great time with Gabriele. Highly recommended.

5.00Gabrielle was a perfect choice. I so appreciated the text I received when he arrived at the port. His communication was outstanding. Vehicle was comfortable, Knowledge and suggestions a were perfect and he showed is the pick up location before drop off. Would definitely book again.
