5.00My tour guide Bechir was friendly and very knowledgeable. Pick me up from the hotel was on time. He showed me around. Also showed towards the end of the trip he showed me places near my hotel that were walking distance and can revisit again during my stay

5.00Our driver Omar was terrific. Safe driver and even though we didn’t pay extra for a guide he certainly was knowledgeable and gave interesting insight to the beautiful area in Tunisia we were seeing. El Jem was a must see. Being able to have free access to this site and walk around was a treat . Having been to the colosseum in Rome and being restricted as to where we could go was not ideal. ElJem gives full access to explore. Kaiouran is a very evocative city and the mosque is full of history . We had access to look around with the guide at the site. If you’re in the area don’t miss this. The countryside we drive through with the endless olive groves and small villages was lovely. We won’t forget this any time soon. The people we encountered everywhere in Tunisia were very welcoming and kind. Quick to smile, curious about us and our trip. Warm wonderful people.

4.00Good tour to El Jem and Kairouan. Enough time to visit the 2 places without rush. Stopped at Sousse on way , it was a quick 10 minute spin around the souk, not really enough time to get a feel for the place. Our driver Bachir was fine. Tunisian driving is not like Western standards so expect a bit of a roller coaster drive, buckle up and sit tight.
