1.00Do not use this awful service. Their advert is misleading. It is a taxi service and not a tour in anyway and most certainly not a VIP tour. The driver, drives. Only. Better to use a taxi or uber. If you are looking to learn something about enchanting Tunisia do not use these cowboys.

3.00I have been communicating with the agency on my VIP private tour itinerary for a month, but they never told me that the Bardo museum is closed on Monday — the day of my booked tour! I could have gone the previous day, if I knew that in advance. Only until the morning of my tour, the driver told me that the Bardo museum is closed! The agency has fast AI response, but slow human response, which is needed. The driver is good and nice. But the agency is not responsive to my needs. The tour did not provide any extra service, not even water, simply a taxi and a driver for the day. You can easily hire a taxi and driver for the day with much cheaper price. I do not recommend to go with this agency for the VIP tour. It is not worth it!

5.00We travelled with our 15-month-old baby. The exchanges were very clear with the agency for the reservation. Everything went very well. Very good communication with our driver Issam the day before departure to organize. He arrived early at the hotel and welcomed us. We had a very good day. He was very kind and listened to our requests and wishes regarding the itinerary we changed from the baby. We thank him very much. We recommend the agency without hesitation.
