Malaga Park (Parque de Malaga), also called Alameda Park (Parque de la Alameda), is in the centre of Malaga and was built during the late nineteenth century. In March 2017, the Alameda Park was requested to be declared a Property of Cultural Interest. A park that underwent a major renovation in 2007. The 19th century environment was adapted to the 21st century. This refurbishment improved the experience of walking through the park and added small areas to rest. The Port of Malaga is an international seaport located in the city of Málaga in southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol coast of the Mediterranean. It is the oldest continuously-operated port in Spain and one of the oldest in the Mediterranean. The Port of Malaka was founded by Phoenicians from Tyre in around 1000 BC. The name Malaka is probably derived from the Phoenician word for salt because fish was salted on the first dock.

The tour was really nice and we saw a lot. Safety was our guide's utmost priority. The introduction to Segway riding was top. There is a point deduction because we booked a German tour and it took place in English.

This was such good fun. It was the first time on a Segway for all of us and our guide Rodrigo made us feel safe and looked after us. It was the perfect way to get up that hill to the fortress in the heat! Would highly recommend.

This was a great experience with super friendly staff. Ursula took very good care of us and made sure that even the beginners among us could safely ride the tour and have fun. The only drawback was that our German tour was in English. Definitely recommended!

Such a fun way to start a tour of Malaga! We learned our way around the historic areas and learned some history behind the port, castle, the bullring and area. The Segways are not hard to maneuver and truly a lot of fun! This is a great tour for families with teens or college age kids, couples, or adult friends!

The climb to the castle is not for the faint hearted as it is a steep gradient for most of the way. However it is well worth the effort as it affords panoramic views on Malaga en route. I should also mention that a bus service operates to the castle and this is an option for anyone who may find the climb too physically demanding. The castle is interesting and it is possible to walk along its walls. The entry charge is reasonable and having undertaken the climb, it would be a pity not to enter it. Needless to say, having reached the zenith, the views are even more spectacular. It is also possible to visit both the Alcazaba and Roman Theatre on the same trip as they are located in close proximity. You would be well advised to embark upon this walk with a bottle of water close at hand.

We booked this as a last minute thing when I stumbled upon it while searching for top things to do in Malaga. So glad we found it! We met our guide Rodrigo at 10am and he was really friendly from the start. He gave us a quick demo on how to operate the segway and we were both really surprised at how quickly we picked it up and how easy they are to use. After that, we were straight off on our tour. Our first stop was the bull ring, before making our way to the top of the mountain to visit the castle that was built in the 14th century. I did not envy the poor people walking up the mountain as we wizzed passed on the segways 😆 It was a little bit hazy in the morning, but you could just make out Morocco in the distance. After the castle, we made our way back down the mountain and rode along the harbour to the lighthouse, before making our way back to base. The entire trip lasted around 90 minutes, Rodrigo was really cool and helpful (he even recommended a few places where to eat and visit), and it was a really fun experience! I would do it again tomorrow! I now want a segway 😆 Cheers Rodrigo 👍

We really enjoyed using the segways and the tour of Malaga. Within 5 minutes we were able to use the segways but we warned you can have accidents as a man discovered on our tour. So proceed with caution!
