3.00Was so annoyed about being taken to a jewellery presentation/ sales pitch prior to our departure. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of tour and ment a latter arrival at our destination. Being picked up at 7:30am and then not arriving until almost 10am was disappointing. Our guid basically made sure we were on the bus and that was it no information given to us about Bana hills. Being a group of 5 and not being able to sit together at lunch as it’s basically a cattle coral was appalling when paying over $160 per person for this experience. In future I would pay the extra few $ for a personalised/ private tour as I think arriving earlier would have made a huge difference.

2.00To start we were told the wrong pick up time so we’re waiting nearly two hours to be picked up. There was so much to see & it was very rushed to fit it all in. The tour guide was nice & informative. The food buffet was a ridiculous affair. It was like feeding time at the zoo. No where to sit, people pushing in & grabbing food… which was cold. The tables were piled with plates & unwanted food. Would not go back unfortunately

5.00Great tour guide with a sense of humour, it was very busy in peak holiday time but he had great time management for all the parts of the day trip to avoid long queues where possible .
