Our tour was amazing! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel knew all of the ins and outs of the city. We were able to cover much more of the city and it's surroundings than we otherwise would have covered on our own. We grew a bigger appreciation for the City of Guanajuato. Our tour guide was very attentive to our needs. My elderly mother was growing tired of walking and he made sure to bring the car close to entrance points to avoid her having to walk long distances. I would highly recommend hiring this private tour service, I would definitely book again. I want to go back to Guanajuato, it is such a beautiful, friendly, safe and vibrant city.

The tour guide was great, but all museums are closed on Mondays. We missed seeing Diego Rivera’s house because we were not informed of this.

Lousy, they waste your time not taking you to the real sights and take you to pure *attractions* that they take commission.
I really enjoyed my visit to this legendary city.

It's a place with a lot of history and interesting things to see. I really enjoyed the alley, you can't miss it. But that you should prepare in physical condition, since you will walk a lot if you really want to know. Car journeys are complicated but a lot of tunnel to travel. I'd come back.

Got scammed big time. please avoid. especially Transportes Turisticos Linares. they abandoned us outside of town. very bad experience

We absolutely loved our city tour! Adriana was fantastic. We were able to see so many sites without being rushed and enjoying the sites. I would highly recommend this tour and request Adriana!

The trip itself was nice, a young student drove me around to various sites and was very personable. It was frustrating though that it was listed in Tripadvisor as meeting at 8 AM when it actually met at 10 AM. I got to the meeting spot 2 hours early, and so I hope Tripadvisor corrects this listing accordingly.

Prepaid tours really suck. They offer good transportstion, visits to the important points, etc. However when they arrive, you will sadly find out that transportation is small an old. Driver/guide is at the same time driving, giving you a fake explanation about places and texting or calling (no customer safety at all). When you arrive to such interesting places you will find out that also have to pay additionally for the tickets since those are not included in the package! Some of those places worth nothi g to visit, such as the purgatory/inquisition museum, total bs. Conclusion So bad that locals miss absolutely to offer a nice experience and just focus on collecting as much money from you and that is it. MUCH better option if you drive yourself or take a cab and visit any place you wish on your own. And if think of contracting a guide, make sure is a professional one, not a fake.

I have done a lot of trip advisor tours and have never been disappointed like this. His English made it very difficult to understand what he was saying. But that would have been fine because everything he said was total bs. More like a taxi driver than a tour guide. Ask your hotel who they recommend and don’t book this tour.
