Our four seat double cabin pickup trucks will take you to any shore accessible dive site on the island. Let the exploring begin! Our experienced guides have excellent knowledge of marine life, the reefs and diving in general. We provide a unique and personalized dive experience to both experienced and novice divers. Due to small groups and personal attention we always try to help people to become better divers while enjoying the rich beauty of our reefs. If conditions allow it, we’d love to bring our awesome underwater camera and take a couple of cool shots of our divers. At no extra charge of course. Of course, feel free to bring your own camera or Go-Pro!

5.00My son got his open water certification while I got my advanced with this shop. Mats was welcoming as soon as we walked in the door, and Gwen & Jim were knowledgeable, patient and gracious as instructors, while JP could moonlight as a tour guide if he wanted. The overall vibe is super-friendly and casual - until it was dive time. The crew makes sure everyone is set up properly with equipment and comprehensive briefings. Oversight during the dive was assuring and not overbearing. We rented suits, BCDs and regs and all the equipment was in top-notch shape. Overall, I can’t recommend Scubacao highly enough.

5.00Absolutely great shore dive for just getting back into it after a long hiatus. Mats was a guide and was great. He made sure we hadn't forgotten anything since it had been roughly 2 years since our last dive. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The dive itself was really nice. We went about 40ft down and the scenery was awesome. They do other dives as well and based on our experience we will be back. Thanks, Mats!

5.00I had a dive with Carolina. There were only two of us, which was great, of course. It was a very nice dive, Carolina made me aware of many fish and places worth seeing and I felt safe and in very good hands. Anytime again.

5.00My partner and I had the best time going diving with Scubacao while our cruise ship was stopped in Willemstad's port. Their communication was great leading up to the dive and they were willing to do a general dive review with us since it had been a couple of years since our last dive which made us feel so much more comfortable during the experience. Their willingness to pick us up near the cruise port and drop us off after the dive made the whole experience easy and stress free. Thanks for a great time Scubacao!

5.00Great shore diving locations near the shop. Did a 2-tank package w JP the divemaster. Very knowledgeable and a funny guy to boot! Overall a fantastic experience w the shop that handed out nothing but positive vibes. I would return when I’m on the island again.
Great Diving Near Cruise Ship Terminal

5.00What a great place, we found Scubacao after our cruise ship docked and they took us last minute for a dive and snorkel off the shore near Mambo Beach. They even came and picked us up a block from the pier. The cruise line had not excursion for diving but these great folks looked after us and made sure we were back in lots of time. Don't be afraid to give them a call if looking for a good diving spot close to the cruise ship pier at a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for making our day.

5.00Saturday 7 September we were allowed to dive / snorkel again with Scubaçao. This time Quincy was our instructor. This enthusiast took us to tug boat and Jan Thiel bay. After an extensive instruction the fun could start. It was very quiet at tugboat, so I was the only snorkeler at the tugboat. Fantastic!! Meanwhile, my husband enjoyed a nice, rather deep (26m) dive with Quincy. Then on to Jan Thiel. Here we had to swim a bit more, due to the currents present, again a nice dive, with lots of marine life. We look forward to Wednesday then we can go again 😍!

5.00We were recently on a cruise and visited Curacao. While searching through Viator, we found this SCUBA trip and decided to book it. It was fantastic. We had some confusion with what was listed with the port authority and what the cruise line was saying and Scubaçao was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything conformed with the timeline we had ashore. The owner, JP, came to pick us up at the pier and brought us back to the shop. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the Starbucks just off the pier. We received our gear and off we went. We have two children, ages 11 and 13, who are both SCUBA certified and traveling with us. The four of us went out with the owner. He showed us some really cool coral that he is growing to help replenish the reef, all sorts of fish, and a porcupine puffer fish. We were even able to get Nitrox, which wasn't something we were expecting. Everything ran smoothly and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend.

5.00Most memorable experience was swimming in the middle of a school of fish. I ended up having to end my dive early due to nausea and Jillian and Julian took great care of me. It was a bit of a rescue for the 2 of them and I would trust them with my life any day! I plan to figure out what combination of dramamine or whatever else and continue diving.
