I have spent lots of time in Port Isaac, including listening to the Fisherman's Friends singing sea shanties with a beer in hand. I will take you on a walking tour of the village, including the locations used in filming both "Doc Martin" and the Fisherman's Friends movies.
See Doc Martin's surgery, Mrs. Tishall's pharmacy, Louisa's school and cottage, Bert's restaurant, and all the other key locations. Visit the village pub used in both shows - maybe even stop for lunch? Stand on the Platt where the shanties are sung.
We also visit the tiny coves at Port Quin and Port Gaverne, which also feature as filming locations.
The tour can be extended to a full day on request to include visits to places such as Tintagel, Boscastle or Bodmin Moor. There would be an additional charge to extend - please feel free to ask us about this.

5.00What a wonderful experience booking with the Elite Duchy Tours. The tour company reached out to our group of 4 before the tour with detailed meeting instructions and ensured a stress-free experience for us. Our tour guide, Steve was waiting right where we got off the cruise ship tender. The transportation was roomy and very comfortable for our ride to Port Isaac to see where the Doc Martin series was filmed. Steve pointed out points of interest along the way and during the walking tour of the town. What a quaint little town and it was surreal to be where the actual filming was done. Steve was very accommodating and offered to drop us off to do some shopping but we opted to get back to the pier with plenty of time to catch the tender back to the ship. Overall a wonderful enjoyable, and relaxing tour. We highly recommend Elite Duchy Tours and our fantastic tour guide, Steve.

5.00We had a great experience. Our driver Steve was prompt, very talkative and extremely flexible. We saw everything we wanted to see. The weather was a bit rainy but we all handled that with ease. We highly recommend this company.
