An ancient Maya archaeological site located in the northern part of Belize. It was a major trading and ceremonial center during the Classic period of Maya civilization, around 200 AD to 900 AD. The time spent here also includes transportation to get from St. John Anglican Cathedral to Altun Ha, and the return.

5.00The tour guide made the participants feel like explorers while showing us all the possible archaeological wonders of the Maya civilization in the area. It was fascinating to see some Maya people who still speak a Maya dialect and who still practice ancient Maya ancient traditional crafts.
