Enjoy the most photographed lighthouse in Canada and its beautiful surrounding area on our fully guided and narrated Peggy’s Cove Tour, including complimentary hotel pick up and drop off anywhere in Downtown Halifax.
Your guide will greet you at your downtown Halifax Peninsula accommodations. You will then head towards the picturesque fishing village of Peggy’s Cove, located about an hour from Halifax.
Once your guide drops you off at Peggy's Cove you will have the opportunity to take a picture with the most photographed lighthouse in Canada - the iconic Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse and explore for an hour and a half!
At the end of your tour at Peggy’s Cove, your tour guide will drop you back off at your Downtown Halifax Peninsula hotel.
Trip is 3.5 hours depending upon traffic and your pick up.

5.00This was a fun experience. It was a small group (6 people) and involved a 45 minute drive to Peggy's Cove. They picked us up at our cruise terminal, so we didn't have to find a meeting place. During the drive, our driver told us stories of the area and kept us interested. We had plenty of time to wander around & take pictures of the beautiful lighthouse & surroundings. It was well worth it, and very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

1.00You cannot expect six grown older people to fit comfortably in a minivan. We could fit five had to leave one behind. You did provide a cab but the situation was un comfortable. The driver was fine even found a restroom along the route. Really need to rethink the number of people in a van. We were expecting a tour guide to tell us what we were seeing along the way

3.00Peggy’s Cove is definitely worth the trip. The natural beauty is very unique, people were friendly and the food was wonderful. Very disappointed with our tour guide. He couldn’t answer most of the questions about the area that the group was asking. After dropping us off, he sent a text letting us know something urgent came up. I get it, things happen. We expected another tour guide to pick us up but instead he sent a cab driver. We returned in total silence so we felt like we got 1/2 a tour.

5.00Our driver was excellent! He was knowledgeable, informative, witty and attentive. He kept our group informed without being intrusive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the drive. He also made a special trip to return my cell phone before our cruise ship left port!
