This was a wonderful walking tour with Magdalena, an amazing guide, story-teller, local resident /historian, and wealth of information you just can't get from a travel book or the internet. Covered all the highlights, hidden passages, and off the beaten path city views. Magdalena was so wonderful, we booked her the following day for a private tour of Les Halles!

We were traveling on an Avalon River cruise and decided to take a private city tour which included transportation rather than the included identical city tour with Avalon. We were greeted, shuttled around and received an informative tour with Jeremy. We enjoyed the customization of our tour and we saw things not offered by the ships tour. Jeremy packed in a lot of information & stops during our 3 hour tour. I highly recommend Jeremy!

What an absolutely amazing and fascinating tour. There were no other bookings, so my husband and I enjoyed a "private tour" of the most interesting places in Lyon. If you are a history buff...and don't mind a long day/long walk- then this is definitely for you. There were also a few surprises on this tour that delighted us.

Jeremie provided the best possible walking tour. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke perfect English. His lively conversation and personal touches to our very small group tour made it very unique and special. Quite likely the best tour guide I have ever experienced!

We had a fantastic day! Kelsy was the best tour guide! The tour is quick and is meant for an overview of the area. I’m so glad we did it because I saw things I wouldn’t have known to go to. Kelsy was wonderful with our kids and even found a strawberry stand on the way back for our 7 year old. She gave us wonderful insights about the area and now we have ideas for other areas we would like to visit.

Superb family time thanks to our guide Vincent who made our visit as informative as it is friendly. Between anecdotes and gastronomic tips, he gave us a wealth of information on the history of Lyon, from the Gauls to Klaus Barbie. If the amount remains substantial, we will not hesitate to call on him again. Yes, I do. Johan

We did 3 tours with Jeremie in Lyon with my family of 5 including the Walking tour of Lyon with Fourviere Hill and Old town, the Les Halles Paul Bocuse and the Beaujoulais wine tour. Our group was 2 parents and 3 adult children--26, 24, 20. The Lyons private tour of Vieux Lyons was so fun--learning the history of Vieux Lyons, exploring the traboules, the Roman theater and then silk shopping--there was something for everyone on this tour. Highly recommend.

Amazing tour with knowledgeable guide, who did everything to make the tour great! We have learnt a lot about Lyon, and will be looking forward to coming back again.
