A guided hike & snorkel provides history of the US Virgin Islands National Park, information on the flora, fauna, wildlife and marine life. What makes us unique is that our guides are very interactive with guests. We Snorkel with you and tell you what you're seeing, we hike with you and tell you about the plants and animals, we tell you what its like to live here in the Virgin Islands. Its almost like spending the morning with a local because thats exactly what happens!

Each trip meets at the National Park Visitor Center. Here you will have a chance to fill up water bottles and use the restroom before departing on a three hour trip. Once everyone arrives we will start to hike 1 mile down the Lind Pt trail and discuss information about the flora, fauna, and history of the US Virgin Islands. We will reach Honeymoon Beach about 1 hour in and begin Snorkeling from there. Approximately 1 hour will be allotted for snorkel and beach time before we begin the hike back. On the hike back we will continue to discuss things like history, ecology, and what its like to live here. The trip will last 3 hours and begins @ 9am for the morning or 1pm for the afternoon.

Very enjoyable experience! Future guests should be warned to wear appropriate hiking or closed-toe shoes. Trail is rocky and not graded in places. I would consider it to be rated as a moderate hike. May not be suitable for young children. We were on the 4PM hike, and we snorkeled immediately upon arriving at the beach, but when we finished, the restrooms, showers, and snack shop had already closed, so recommend taking an earlier hike or the start time of the hike to be 3:00 PM. Stephanie was a terrific guide!

We really enjoyed our tour of St John. Island Buddy did a great job! We hope to be back! We had a group of 7 with Grandma and he accommodated us!
Hiking is Doable and Beach is Beautiful.

Unfortunately our guide never showed. After reaching out to trip adviser the owner called and apologize. Apparently the guild was sick but never contacted us. Again, the owner was very apologetic and refunded us immediately. We salvaged the trip by hiking the path ourselves. It starts at the parks visitor center and is well maintained. The hiking is not hard and honeymoon beach is beautiful with great snorkeling. There are two drink stands, a small gift shop, and showers with toilets. Saw tons of wildlife along the way.

Had to call tour operator 5 mins before tour to find out they were cancelling for the day. Got full refund which is why the one star.

My husband and I visited the island while our ship was there. Spencer was great to work with, Gido was really great to spend the day with! We stopped at some really great spots, beautiful beaches where we were able to snorkel and see cool sea life. We had a great lunch at Skinny legs. Most importantly, we had great conversation and felt right at home! Such a great experience, highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time! Jay was a great tour guide--very knowledgeable and helpful. The hike is a little intense at the beginning (doable though as we are not in great shape :) ), but totally worth it at the end. Honeymoon beach snorkel was incredible! Would definitely do again.

A great combo experience of short hike, snorkeling from shore, and beach time on beautiful, shaded, uncrowded beach. Perfect for grandkids and active grandparents.

Honestly, you can do this experience completely on your own and save $200. The trail is a public trail and leads to a public beach. As long as you have access to snorkel gear, there is no need to pay any money for this experience. That being said, our guide did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, and made the experience worthwhile.

CJ was a great guide. Very friendly, personable and great to talk with. St John is not easy to get around on your own so I’d definitely recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful time. The hike to the beach was nice. CJ was awesome and told us about all the foliage and animals. We saw huge termite houses and one of the biggest hermit crabs we have ever seen. My wife even saw a turtle while snorkeling. Very relaxing and wonderful view of the bay.
