My family and I booked this tour expecting a well-organized experience, but it fell short. The tour began with confusion when the guide told us that lunch and the Peak Tram were not included, even though both were clearly listed on our booking confirmation. This was frustrating and set a poor tone for the day. The guide, Helen, eventually resolved the issue, but this should not have happened. The tour itself was average at best. Several stops were not worth the time. The PMQ building stop was about 30 minutes and felt unnecessary, and the former jail was underwhelming, aside from a few good spots for Instagram photos. Time would have been better spent reducing these stops and allowing more flexibility later in the day. Some groups chose to leave the tour midway and skip the lunch and Peak Tram, which was their decision. We did receive Peak Tram tickets, but were told they had to be used the same day after the tour ended around 5:00 pm. By the time we arrived at the Peak Tram around 6:00 pm, the line was extremely long. This felt rushed and poorly planned and did not match what we were expecting from the tour. It was unclear whether the problems were due to Viator or the tour operator, as each blamed the other. Overall, the lack of organization and inefficient use of time made this tour disappointing.

Monica was an amazing tour guide - incredibly knowledgeable and willing to give advice for the rest of our trip! The tour took us around all the key points of Hong Kong Island, topped off with a ferry ride back to Kowloon. Great way to see the sights

A very nice little ride with a super nice guide. I recommend this little tour and lunch was great too.
Honk Kong City Tour was overpriced and underwhelming. Chose tour based on Trip Advisor rating, very over-generous.

No mention this was a walking tour. Overpriced not value for money. Staff unorganized. No Peak Tram due to guide ticket issue error with No refund

Very good tour. Lok Lok is an amazing guide. She explained us everything we need to know about Hong Kong. Definitely recommend. Excellent price quality ratio!

Our cruise disembarked late and Joe was gracious enough to wait for us at the meeting point and he was super responsive throughout. It was a great tour and Joe was a very informative and helpful tour guide. We learned lots of fun facts about Hong Kong. He takes you through all of the highlights of HK and gives you good recommendations for exploring the rest of the city. I would make sure to double check which tour you book as one includes dim sum lunch and the tram and the one we had booked did not but we were able to pay for our own lunch on our own. Highly recommend you book this tour!!
