You can buy this package only when the credit card used and passport holder is the same person. It means you can buy this package for you and your family, but you need to travel with them to Hong Kong. The local travel agent will ask you to take photo of your passport page and send it by email.
If the orginal credit card holder does not show up, the hotel will refuse you to check in. No refund.
Adult price is based on twin share of a hotel room, child price is based on sharing adult's bed. Please notice the hotel allows only maximum of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children) in one room. Usually you do not need to add an extra bed for child. You can also tell the front desk on site if you like to pay for an extra bed when necessary. If you need to book for the 3rd adult, please book a new room.
Rates are not available for special holidays include: Christmas, Easter, New Year, Chinese New Year. Chinese Labor Day Holidays from May 1-7, National Day Holidays from Oct 1 to 7. Canton Fair period from April 14 to April 30, from October 14 to October 30.

Day 1
When you arrive at Hong Kong Airport, please go to Arrival Hall A. Find a staff in blue jacket with logo of LUYULA, standing in front of the big clock. Show your passport to collect a bus ticket, board the shuttle with the assistance of this friendly staff. The shuttle bus departs in every 30 minutes from 10:30 to 23:30. An urgent contact telephone number will be listed in Viator's voucher. Free hotel shuttle bus is available from West Kowloon Bullet Train Station. The shuttle bus departs in every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 18:00. This free Disneyland shuttle bus service works on first come, first service policy. The local travel agent will reserve seats in advance. Day 2
Hong Kong Disneyland
Free hotel shuttle bus goes to and from Disneyland. Please double check with the hotel staff for bus time. Hong Kong Disneyland features some of the newest rides and attractions that cannot be found at other Disneyland theme parks. Spend a day in its 7 themed lands: Adventureland, Grizzly Gulch; Mystic Point; Toy Story Land; Fantasyland; Tomorrowland; and Main Street, U.S.A.
Day 3
Hong Kong
Free hotel shuttle bus goes to and from Harbour City, a big shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. This free hotel shuttle bus service works on first come, first service policy. You can not reserve a seat on Internet. Please sign in with the hotel's conciege to reserve seats when you check in the hotel.
Aberdeen Fishing Village
Please walk for 5 minute to Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel to meet your tour guide. Address: 3 Canton Road, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The meeting place is the tour desk in the lobby of Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel. The tour departure time is 12:55. The tour desk staff will introduce you to your tour guide. You will embark on a comprehensive tour of Hong Kong, take the 1,223-foot-long (373-meter-long) tram ride up to Victoria Peak. Go to Sky Terrance 428, and see 360-degree panoramic sights of the city. Visit Aberdeen, an old fishing village, where you can choose to ride on a sampan (own expense). Other places to see during this tour include the Old Clock Tower, visit the popular Tse Sui Luen Jewellery Company for souvenirs.
Hop on the Star Ferry, one of the oldest means of transport in Hong Kong. Jump on a cruise across Victoria Harbor, and enjoy a buffet dinner while you’re aboard. On the cruise, there’s a live band you can listen to and dance along with the music. Sit back and relax if you’d rather just take in the views from the ship. You’ll also get time to watch A Symphony of Lights, the interactive light show, which includes 45 buildings on both Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. After the cruise, transfer back to W Hong Kong Hotel at 22:00. Now it is time to use your airport express ticket. Walk for 7 minute (97m) from W Hong Kong Hotel to MTR Kowloon Station, take 24 minute train to airport. From Kowloon Station: The last train leaves at 00:52am. Then take a taxi from airport to your hotel. This is the fastest way to return to your hotel. Kindly remind that you need to hire a taxi by yourself in the airport. Taxi fare is not included in this package.

The food was a joke at Disney

3.00Everyone knows the reputation of food at Disneyland. The food at Disneyland hotel is unfortunately worse, it is two star hotel quality. Actually the food was so bad for a fine large hotel brand that it prompted me to Google who the head chef is. He has a very detailed LinkedIn description who seems to show a lot of achievements for the 16 years at HK disney. The room service, the restaurants we tried it all. Food was like from cans, horrendously salty or disgusting, couldn't even achieve a simple pasta, cheoa gimmicks with Mickey mouse, portion incredibly tiny and insufficient, menu very limited. Basically,what you would expect from a one star hotel at the train station actually worse than that as nowadays it is hard to come by food so badly cooked and done. The professionally trained staff compromised part of the dmagaging effect of the food. I feel sorry for them to have to go extra way to lessen the anger of guests beause the food was just a joke. Wish to mention Sampson and Ken at the enchanted garden breakfast place was very attentive and exemplary. Cleansing ladies are so cheerful. It makes you wonder how the head of staff can train the tens of thousands of staff so well and one cannot manage the cook. I like Disney, but the thought of needing to come back and tonfacr the disgusting food puts me off and makes me doubt do i ever want to come back again. After all , isnt good food (i.e. it does not have to be complicated, it just need to be not a joke) part of holiday enjoyment?
