They offered the best rate, the smoothest flight, and everything was perfectly organized. The team was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish. Recommended!

2.00I would not recommend to book with Tourla for the hot air balloon. We had booked a deluxe flight and we're downgraded to Standard. We had been refunded with the difference (which I think is less than the difference on the time of the booking) but the experience with this agency is a disappointment. We had booked a month in advance in order to get a deluxe flight. I suggest to take some screenshots when you make the reservation online so you have proof just in case. This was such an inconvenient situation and we had no choice but just to accept to have the standard flight as there was no other flights later during our stay. Other than that I must say the baloon experience itself was fantastic and the Rainbow balloons team are very professional, I would just recommend to fix the unstitched fabric part of the balloon, it would look better and reassure people who are afraid of heights.

5.00Even though it was very expensive $350 per person it was a great experience the tour guide was very funny and kept the mood high during the flight. Highly recommended if you have the budget for it

Even on short notice, they managed to organize a horse ride, again at a very reasonable price. The team is trustworthy, helpful, and incredibly efficient in making everything smooth and enjoyable. 5.00I booked my husband this tour since I couldn’t because we have a baby and babies are not allowed. I emailed them prior the tour and they were soooo nice enough to allow my baby and I to go and stay in the van. The driver was amazing and he took us to the goremi overlook while waiting. Finally, when my husband’s tour was done, he told me that it was one of the best days of his life and it was the highlight of our trip. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I may not be able to ride the balloon for my 40th birthday but I got to experience and see the balloons being inflated and the van ride with hot air balloons background and they were all marvelous. I can’t thank you enough! ❤️❤️❤️
