Our pilot picked us up from Madrid without any additional charge. He speaking great English, very easy to understand. I also love that this is a small group ride.

What a great experience!!! We had an amazing morning with CIRROS and his pilot..., the great ROMAN!!. Unbeatable organization and assistance of the whole team. This has to be done at least once in a lifetime!!..., so I've already been 3 ;);)

A super nice experience, it is another way of seeing the world. Highly highly recommended. Román was our pilot, he was really nice, he made the flight super pleasant and fun, he explains things to you. Furthermore, we were very lucky with the weather and we saw Segovia and everything around very well. A very repeatable activity!!!

What an incredible experience!!I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful views of Segovia. This was definitely the highlight of my trip to Segovia, Roman and his team were very professional and his funny sense of humor makes you feel at ease up so high. Even though I was a solo traveler, I had a great time with with 2 other beautiful families!This experience surpassed all my expectations and I would definitely do it again.

Seeing Segovia and surroundings from the air is spectacular, and the feeling of floating should be like riding in the cloud. I really wanted to try a hot air balloon flight and it far exceeded my expectations. When someone is passionate about their job, it is rating. This is the case of pilot Roman and his partner Daniel, who were charming, close and kind in their explanations. They make your trip safe, fun and comfortable. I am looking forward to repeating the experience!
