5.00A superbly curated Hunter Valley experience. The tastings at Capercaillie and Latitude 32 showcased the region’s best wines, followed by a delicious vineyard lunch at Hunter Resort. Concluding with fresh oysters at the Hawkesbury Oyster Shed was the perfect finale. Highly recommended.
