Start at a boutique winery with wines paired with local cheeses & chocolates, followed by a wine and dumpling pairing. Total of 12 to 14 wine samples - Semillon, Shiraz, Pinot, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Sangiovese and Chambourcin (depends on availability).

5.00A superbly curated Hunter Valley experience. The tastings at Capercaillie and Latitude 32 showcased the region’s best wines, followed by a delicious vineyard lunch at Hunter Resort. Concluding with fresh oysters at the Hawkesbury Oyster Shed was the perfect finale. Highly recommended.

5.00Honestly, this tour was awesome! Loved the wine, the food was spot on, and the dumpling pairing was next-level good. Our guide was super chill and made the whole day easy and fun. 10/10 would go again!
