National Monument (MONAS)
The National Monument, or Monas, is an iconic landmark in Jakarta, Indonesia. Standing at 132 meters tall, it symbolizes the country's struggle for independence. Visitors can ascend to the observation deck for panoramic views of the city. Every Mondays and a public holiday, this object are closed. However, you could stop outside the Monument.

5.00Syikal was a lovely guide and gave us lots knowledge. Was a great way to see the city highlights. I would have preferred extra time in chinatown markets with more explanation rather than the puppet sales pitch. There was 7 of us on the tour which was a nice size.

4.00Enok (tour guide) was kind and knowledgeable. There was a ton of traffic in Jakarta but she managed to fit in many stops during the day. This tour was a fantastic way to see Jakarta highlights.
