  The trip is not worth it. Lovely beaches that are difficult to reach on foot if you are not fit, and then an outdoor nursing home! And thanks to the arrogant driver who, after twice asking me not to put the air conditioner on full blast for four hours, made me feel bad for the next few days.

• Poor scheduling, lost free time, and wrong drop-off location

  This tour was extremely disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish. The bus left Miami about 40 minutes late, which already disrupted the schedule. When I arrived in Key West and checked in at 12:10 PM, I was told the dolphin watch was from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I was also required to return by 1:45 PM to check in, meaning I had less than 1.5 hours of usable time. The tour advertised 6 hours in Key West with about 3 hours of free time, but in reality, I had almost no meaningful time to explore. The dolphin watch ended at 5:00 PM and the bus left at 5:45 PM. The main purpose of visiting Key West was completely lost due to poor scheduling. The situation became worse when we returned to Miami. I was not dropped off at the original pickup location at Bayside Marketplace. Instead, I was dropped off at South Beach at night without proper notice and had to pay for an Uber to return. This tour showed poor coordination, poor communication, and lack of customer care. I would not recommend this operator.

  I DO NOT recommend this tour from Fort Lauderdale or if it’s winter. Our pick up time was 5:30 am.. We did not start our trip until almost 8am. We spent a full 2 hours plus picking people up. It was in the high 40’s and the bus provided no heat. We were told buses in Florida do not have heat available. Ok, but when it finally became bearable, the driver had to turn on the AC because his windshield began to fog up. Why not the defroster? We were provided tape to cover the vents, but our feet were ice cubes. It was horrible! Yes it was unseasonably cold, but my gosh, I was miserable. 4 hours and freezing was not enjoyable. On the return trip, we thankfully was provided the shuttle bus back to Ft Lauderdale pretty quick upon entering Miami. We did not make the excessive amount of drop offs prior to getting shuttle back. However, we did have to make 3 stops in Hollywood Fl. One stop was an additional hotel accommodation stop for a specific request. Ok, great, but when I asked could I get dropped off at the Omni, a mile further down, I was told NO! Embassy was the end of the road. I needed only 3/4 of a mile extra down the same street. This is a cattle shuttle service. Way to many stops unless you the last stop! Way to cold and way to many stops that was unexpected

  Ultra interesting guide, clear and exciting explanations about the history of the Keys. The bus driver was kind and very careful. I highly recommend this tour to all!

  Bus was an excellent choice to get to Key West. Guide/driver were top notch. Golf cart rental that was recommended was a good idea to get around the island on our own, but the rental place used was not the best. Cart was old, back firing, bald tires and needed repairs. It was in terrible condition—

  This tour was good especially the time for arrival and departure was accurately. The driver was good and the guide David was nice and speak in good English. The tour bus is not spacious.

  The pick up went well and tour guide was great. She provided history and great suggestions for additional excursions. The only issue was the bus during a short rain shower. Water started dripping on us and several other passengers. my boyfriend had a white shirt that had black moldy water drip marks and brown stains from the seat cushion. there were also other big water marks on ceiling. The driver was great.

  The guide and bus driver were good. However, the bus was insanely cold due to the air conditioning being cranked to the maximum. After snorkeling and then sitting on the freezing bus, I ended up getting really sick. I also noticed that buying excursions directly in Key West through Fury is much cheaper than purchasing them in advance—which is what I did. I requested a price adjustment after seeing the same excursions advertised elsewhere for significantly less, but they gave every excuse possible to avoid refunding the difference. Because of this experience, I was very disappointed with Viator as a company. That said, the guide and bus driver were just doing their jobs, so this is not their fault. If I were to do it again, I would only buy the transportation and book excursions separately once in Key West.
