Due to the new Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum policy, name and surname of each customer are obligatory and need to be provided accurately at the time of booking. In case name or surname is incorrect, this may result in customer paying for their ticket at Auschwitz themselves or even prevent customers from visiting the Museum. Each traveller needs to have valid ID or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.
By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by the driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line
If a booking is made just a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4 am) to secure tickets on the spot. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office
If tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków's Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of the local provider
Pickup is available from hotels in Warsaw city centre - there might be a supplement for pickups outside the city centre. You'll be picked up between 4.00 am and 8.00 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour
The museum requires the name and surname of every guest, please add this additional information at checkout. Providing a wrong name and surname will prevent customers from entering the museum
All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

Our guide was excellent. The company had two French speaking persons with us. It was very difficult for all of us. In addition, everyone except for us, had not yet bought their Auschwitz tickets. therefore, we entered at 10:30, but they couldn’t enter until 12:30. It made our day at Krakow shorter than we had hoped. Once again, the guide was excellent.

Had a very successful day visiting Auschwitz and Krakow. Robert was an absolutely fantastic driver and kept us great company for the 16hr day together! THANK YOU ROBERT!! Picked us up at 6am and dropped us off a little after 10pm. We had a nice small group for our tour of Auschwitz. Our guide Thomas spoke perfect english and was very detailed. The lunch was after birkenau was in the bistro next to the gift shop. They were quick and nice but the food options weren't what we liked, but still hearty. The tour of krakow was a perfect end to a sad morning. Bruno was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking this tour, worth it!

Krakow was a very long ride with 2.5 hours of a walking tour. Unfortunately, we had three members of our van who opted out. To wit, we had four other travelers who joined our group and were habitually late and ruined our experience. Moving to the death camps our guide Barbara was splendid in bringing these events to life and we left with a sober experience of what the Nazis did to gentiles and Jews.

I knew this day was going to be memorable, but wasn't sure how I would feel once I was there. I'm still not sure I have absorbed what I saw to fully grasp what humans are capable of doing to other humans and how to put my head around it all. This is a full day trip, 16 hours overall between the travel, time at Auschwitz and time in old town Krakow. Old Town is magnificent and a full day or two could be spent just seeing this area, but my main objective was to go to Auschwitz and Birkenau. It's a powerful experience in my opinion, and you have to see the exhibits to begin to understand the scope of what occurred 75 years ago to humanity. There was so many potential contributions lost that we will never know of. The potential future musicians, artists, engineers, scientists, craftsmen... gone, before they had their time. It's a deep and powerful moment in my life to have seen this place, and I intend to share it as often and as best I can with others.
