1.00We were there and missed bus by minute and ticketing office told us to buy new tickets and get refund through viator. No one is responding properly.

1.00I booked the Kualoa Ranch tour through Viator, but unfortunately was slightly late reaching the pickup point and missed the bus. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support from both Viator and the local tour operator, neither could reschedule me to a later slot, even though I was still at the location and ready to join the next available group. Despite explaining the situation clearly, Viator refused to issue any refund or provide a credit option. For a company that claims to ensure smooth travel experiences, this was extremely disappointing. I’ve booked many tours through other platforms and have never faced such rigid and unhelpful customer service.
This is a must visit!!

5.00This is a must if you are visiting Oahu! My wife and I were blown away my amazing views and an awesome driver/tour guide for our adventure! We will go back to do more of the activities but we did the movie tour and it was a breathtaking experience.
