5.00This is a fabulous way of seeing lots of things, interesting chats about culture and history, rice fields, waterfalls, markets, weaving village to name but a few. Our guide, Julian, was full of information and enthusiasm. Highly recommended
Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability

1.00Poor experience. Driver slept in and did not answer phone during timing of pickup from port. When we finally got in contact with his company they first stated to be patient with traffic (whereas there was none), but did not acknowledge that the lack of communication was really the problem. They then secondly attempted to lie that no one knew about the booking, whereas I had been communicating with the driver the day before. Traffic is understandable, though there was none on the island, but not being available for communication when no one showed up and responding to the issue with “you should cancel then” is inappropriate. I’m sure they will respond to this message with some form of an apology, but I would advise to future guest of the island to steer clear of them and go with another business that is more considerate in real time.
