I had such a great time with Mizar! We spent the day doing everything that I wanted. Even an emergency stop at the local luggage store because my luggage broke! He was super entertaining and a great host. I highly recommend booking this service. Ask for Mizar!

The driver did not seem to have a good knowledge of the attractions we were interested in but his driving was very safe. We were not satisfied with his restaurant choice for lunch so wanted to go somewhere else. He was reluctant to go to either Sengiggi or Kuta and said it was 1 hour to drive, despite having enough time to do so

Our driver Wayan was as advertised at the pick-up location and picked us up with his very well maintained and beautiful car. The tour with visit to the waterfall, the elephant temple, the rice terraces and as icing on the cake still on the coffee plantation was perfect. Tickets and water were provided by him. He knows well, speaks very good English and has accompanied us superbly through the day. We would definitely make a trip with him again should we land in Bali again.

Our driver and guide, January, was an excellent host. He was very patient, listened carefully to our preferences, and tailored the tour perfectly to our interests. If we ever return to Lombok, we would definitely request him again.

Our driver and guide Rifai was punctual and very friendly and accommodating throughout our tour. We were able to customise our tour to suit our preferences. Communication was easy in English and our visit was a pleasant experience.
Lombok town ( kuta) night life was good , with loads of entertainment.

Good hotel was clean but not so much activity . Nightlife at Novotel Lombok boring . The hotel does not create or have any events to attract tourists or visitors. Pub / bar closed at 10:30 pm. Driver pick up and drop off efficient . Tour driver good service.

We had a wonderful day with Lalu. He was informative, kind, easy to talk to, and gave great suggestions. We bought some local fruit on the way, saw the beautiful countryside with the rice fields and hiked to the four central waterfalls (Benang Stokel & Benang Kelambu), it was pouring rain but it just made the hike and waterfalls even more incredible. We went to the Sukarara Village and met the local sarong weavers. The women are so talented, friendly and hilarious and we bought many traditional authentic sarongs. We went to lunch at a local Indonesian restaurant and ate delicious food that Lalu helped us order. And we went to the Islamic Center Mosque on the way back to our hotel, which was majestic and our guide was informative and welcoming. Can not recommend Lalu enough as a driver, guide and new Lombok friend.
