  Communication of essential details of the trip, for example the location of the place where I should board the bus, was not good. Also when I was sent the tickets, the tickets for the main entrance were missing. Being my first time on this kind of tour I was not sure if I was going to be picked up by someone at the hotel and if someone was going to give me the entrance tickets later. There needs to be more information and more confirmation from the operator side. At least that's what I expect from a good tour service.

  I opted for the "Machu Picchu last minute tickets (2-day tour)". Let me explain why I opted for this tour. There are 3 things to get to Machu Picchu - The first step is to buy the entrance ticket a couple months in advance from the official website as they get sold out quickly. Since most people may only become aware of this a few days before their trip, they most likely will have to go for the last minute ticket option which I explained below. The second step is to buy the train and bus tickets from Cuzco -> Ollantaytambo -> Aguas Calientes (the base town of Machu Picchu) -> actual Machu Picchu site. The Cuzco to Ollantaytambo route is a bus/van ride handled by the rail company itself and is part of a single train ticket from Cuzco to Aguas Calientes (Inca Rail in my case). Then another bus ticket from Aguas Calientes to the actual Machu Picchu site (a 30-minute ride, you need the MP entrace ticket to board this bus and will be allowed only during your time slot). Thirdly, if you are like many others who opt for the last minute MP entrance ticket, you need to go to the Machu Picchu center in the Aguas Calientes town. I heard this used to be a cumbersome process before, wait in long lines, collect a token in the morning, then come back in the evening to collect the actual ticket. Sometimes, the ticket may be for the next day visit, some other times, it may be for the day after. When I went in Oct 2025, it was pretty smooth, I just went to the office, they gave me a ticket directly for the next day, no big lines or token systems. They even gave me an option to choose a time slot for the next day. Maybe it was because it was a low season, I am not sure. This is where MachuPicchu.center shines. They took care of everything, from picking me up from my hotel in Cuzco, to putting me on the bus to Ollantaytambo, then to the train to Aguas Calientes. A guide met me at the "Machu Picchu Pueblo" station (the Aguas Calientes town), and guided me to the office where I had to purchase the last minute entrance ticket, sent me the bus tickets from Aguas Caliantes to Machu Picchu, gave me another guide's name who will meet me at the Machu Picchu site the next day. I stood in line the next day during my time slot and took the bus. The second guide met me at the MP entrance, he took me around every inch of the site, explained the history, and accompanied me until the exit. My Spanish is very basic and kind of broken, but all guides spoke good English and guided me thoroughly without ambiguity, following up via WhatsApp making sure everything's smooth. Can all of these be done by ourselves without any help? Sure it can be. You need to know the different towns, like Cuzco -> Ollantaytambo -> Aguas Calientes -> Machu Picchu entrance ticket -> Machu Picchu bus. If everything goes seemless, great. If something got delayed, missed a bus or a train, and you are short on time, it may become an unnecessary anxiety. With MachuPicchu.center, knowing that there's always someone a WhatsApp away definitely helps.

  安いとは言えないですが、それだけの価値があったと思います。 まず素晴らしかったのはツアー直前の相談にも適切かつ迅速に対応頂けたことです。 また、ツアー中も私たちはスペイン語が全く話せなかったので現地の人とコミュニケーションを取るのが難しかったですが、手配頂いたオーガナイザーの方々が丁寧に対応して頂き、バス、鉄道、ガイドなど大変わかりやすかったです。 While I wouldn't say it was inexpensive, I believe it was well worth the cost. The first thing that impressed me was the appropriate and prompt manner in which you handled our inquiries just before the tour. Furthermore, as we do not speak any Spanish, communicating with locals during the tour was challenging. However, the organizers you arranged were extremely courteous and helpful, and all the arrangements for the bus, train, and guides were very clear and easy to follow.

  Even though it was high season we still got the chance on Circuit 2 at Machu Picchu. Everything worked out fine! Although queuing in Aguas Calientes for tickets and the bus was very exhausting.

  Amazing!! The view is wonderful, the stories too, we closed a local guide in the fioa for the mountain climbing onivus and he was very attentive!!

  Machupicchu center is an authorized place to buy site and bus tickets from Agua calientes. Francisco was always available on the 800 number from the US and helped make sure everything was in order including adding a guide for us (you can get a guide when you get off the train in Agua but it’s a bit chaotic - most looked legit but I wanted certainty and experience. Just ask the guide to have a sign to find them!) my only real advice is to consider getting the train from ollantaytambo vs Urubamba. Yes, it’s cool to get a train onsite from the tambo del inka hotel but the section to ollantaytambo took 90 minutes at 6am and cost $120 each. Save some money and time and get a cab for $15 to Ollan at 645am and have plenty of time to catch 740am to Agua calientes on Inca rail for $70 each. Otherwise it’s a long day and you don’t want tired kids at MP. Amazing day. Thanks for the help.

  The cost of your tickets was very expensive compared to other sites. Your website said you would get that the ticket gave you six hours, no correct. They make you leave after the guided tour of 2.5 hours, which was not included for the hundred and twenty dollars. Your site charged thirty more dollar sites offering the samething. There was no one to help when I got there. You charge eighteen dollars for the bus ticket when you can buy it at Aguas Caliente for 12 dollars. Overpriced

  This was part of ala cart adventure so I could pick and choose what I wanted. Onsite hired guide. circuit 2 is the best route for 1st time visitors. Everything went smoothly with this vendor. Tickets as promised.
