At this 2 hours tour, our guides will show you the slowly moving sloth, funny monkeys jumping on the trees, birds singing, tiny bats or green forest frogs sleeping at the shade of the leafs, and many more. After this easy walk, you will have time to relax on the beach or continue the adventure on the many walking trails this park has to offer.

Amazing insight into the wildlife at Manuel Antonio park

5.00It was such an amazing experience. We did a few guided tours in Costa Rica but this was the best for a few reasons. Right from the start Jimmy, our guide, was telling us all about the nature surrounding us - he was so knowledgeable - everything was so interesting and you can just tell he loves his job. On top of that he helped us to see so many amazing animals: sloths, squirrel and howler monkeys, iguanas, white-tailed deer, crabs…the list goes on. And then just in general the tour is great as they guide you through the park for 2-3 hours and then at the end you’re at the beautiful Manuel Antonio beach where you can relax / explore further trails or the second beach and then head back when you’re ready. At the end they also send you a link where you can download the photos and videos taken from that day. All in all, we had a really great time and really appreciated having such a friendly, knowledgeable guide.

5.00Great tour with the great guide Hernan. The park is beautiful and with a good guide, you will be able to see many animals like sloths, snakes, monkeys. After walking, there is a stop for eating fresh fruit and ice tea. Then, you will have a free time at the beautiful beaches. I strongly recomend this tour! Hernan is an attention and kind guide. He is learning to speak Portuguese and love Brazilian songs!

5.00Edwardo's knowledge of the forest was excellent and he found many small and well camouflauged animals including snakes, frogs, lizards, spiders and a sloth. His english is great and he was really patient with pur kids throughout the tour.

5.00Jimmy was a fantastic guide with endless knowledge of the flora and fauna within Manuel Antonio National Park. The trails were well maintained and easy to navigate. Without Jimmy we would have missed virtually every animal experience! Seeing the mom and baby sloth was a check on the bucket list !

5.00Overall my husband and I had a great experience. We opted for pickup from our hotel which was on-time and efficient. Our tour guide at Manuel Antonio was excellent - Dilia's knowledge, English, spotting skills and flexibility with the group's diversity were fabulous! The only thing that wasn't great was the time it took to organize the groups and get going once we were at the park entrance. It was, in my opinion, the best way to see the park!

5.00We have spent a great morning guided by Jean Paul (Pool) who has explained flora and fauna of the park in a didactic and very detailed way, has provided us with photos taken with his fauna telescope impossible to see with the naked eye, which we take as a souvenir. We only have words of gratitude for the dedication of our guide.

5.00Our tour guide Edward was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He made sure everyone was having a great time, which must have been a real challenge as we had a diverse group - young and old, including some folks who needed to walk slowly and then some teenagers who wanted to race quickly to the beach. Muchas gracias Edward!
