This actvity consists 100% on wildlife observation, at a slow pace with your tour guide finding different animals and providing very interesting information about them. After the tour, enjoy Manuel Antonio beach.

Carrying a high definition spotting scope you and your guide will be finding different wildlife for at least two hours, pictures can be taken through the telescope, these are included and turn out very good, providing you with great memories.

After having seeing lots of animals, we will arrive at Manuel Antonio beach, considered as one of the most beautiful in Costa Rica where you can stay and go for a swim, as well as to explore the other trails, beaches and lookouts the park has to offer, as long as you want and then exit the park whenever you are ready.

Please note that this national park requires an admission ticket, which is included in our tour. Once we receive your booking, we will contact you shortly to collect the information needed to purchase the tickets.

One of the most complete and beautiful parks in Costa Rica in terms of biodiversity and sceniries, we'll be in search of wildlife (monkeys, sloths, bats, birds, reptiles, insects) in it's natural habitat, afterwards you can enjoy the rest of your day at Manuel Antonio beach inside the park.

We had a wonderful visit to Manuel Antonio Park. Jean Pierre “JP” was an excellent guide. We saw sloths, monkeys, frogs, and many others. We took the 7:50 am tour and finished close to 10:30 giving us until 3pm to enjoy the beach and rest of the park.
Hire Alonso as your guide!

The park itself is wonderful, but was such a rich experience with Alonso as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, funny and clearly enthusiastic about nature. We would not have seen more than a few monkeys on our own, I think. My only suggestion is that they space the tour groups out more because there were several times the many groups got clustered together and it was hard to hear or see anything. Other than that, it was a great experience.

A great experience at 2nd most visited national park in Latin America. Our guide, Diego, was very professional, courteous, and skilled with an amazing ability to spot several sloths, a viper snake, 2 types of monkeys, birds, crabs, bats, grass hoppers, spiders, lizards, and interesting plants. He was helpful in picking us up from a safe parking lot, handle all passes, and guide our alternate return path. Highly recommend this tour of Manuel Antonio and especially Diego as a professional guide. Our family really enjoyed this.

Diego is a great tour guide. Very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone had a chance to see the animals through the telescope. He answered all questions patiently. Had a great experience at the park!

Everything was very well organised and easy. The guide was AMAZING! He was very professional, funny and with a lot of knowledge. He could find all the animals! I really recomend!! Even because the ticket of the entrance is included, it was very hard to do it by yourself.

Diego led our group of 8. He spoke excellent English. He explained everything, not only the animals and some plants we saw, but also many relevant background. We probably could only see some white face monkeys without him as a tour guide and his equipment.

Diego was incredible! He was so kind and truly LOVES sharing the magic of the park with everyone. We saw so many animals we wouldn’t have seen without his help and learned so much about Costa Rica as well. Can’t recommend this tour enough!

Diego was an incredible tour guide. We saw a great variety of mammals, birds, insects and arachnids that we definitely would not have seen without a guide and the use of a spotting scope. He was entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend taking a tour with him!
