You’ll start your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech and travel towards the beautiful Atlas Mountains. As you leave the city behind, enjoy changing landscapes of valleys, rivers, and mountain villages. Your first stops will be in traditional Berber villages, where you’ll see local homes, meet villagers, and learn about Berber culture and daily life from your guide. For us it was very nice to visit this outside the tourist season (read: July is too hot) so it was not crowded at all, we could do this at our own pace and enjoyed the surroundings and our trip on the boat. Wear pretty sturdy footwear for the descent, and be in good shape for the climb up with the many stairs.

Fantastic trip! Really worth it! I recommend at the place, the guide Hamid Moulay, very honest and friendly. It leads us on a less direct path to the waterfalls, by land beaten, but it's worth the effort! At the end, it takes us to the restaurant Chez Mounir, where the owner of the restaurant is spectacular and very fun to the customers! And it's not expensive!

ABDOUL is a very competent guide he made us a very rewarding local tour The waterfalls are very beautiful and the raft ride to the top. We have lunch on the heights. Beautiful place, a beautiful shaded walk that ends with a superb view of the waterfall. Plan at least 1 hour walk with a steep drop. The road is quite long from Marrakech (about 3 hours drive), but the trip is worth it. Wide choice of typical on-site dining in a pleasant setting.
