• Unreliable avoid the hassle

  I can’t speak to the actual snorkeling experience because I never made it onto a boat. When I arrived for check-in, I was told that the owner frequently books afternoon tours that don’t end up happening. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I’m only in Miami for a short time and chose this tour based on its value and others’ positive reviews. I waited quite a while for the owner to respond to the staff, who eventually let me know that this issue is not uncommon and that they’ve dealt with similar situations many times. They even directed me to where I could file a complaint for a refund, which seemed like a routine process given how often this happens. I was offered a spot the next morning at 10:30 AM, which I appreciated, but with no assurance the tour would actually run and with my travel schedule I couldn’t accommodate. Overall, I’d recommend staying away. The lack of reliability and transparency made this a frustrating experience.

  Great fun for first timers. The captain and first mate were very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience

• Bad experience in relation to high cost

  The island that we were taken to an island with dirt, murky water, nothing was seen, nothing but waste such as utensils, disposable dishes, plastic cups and even a cuchilo. It is not a place for that activity, very close to the movement of boats, catamarans and boats. Disappointing!!

  The host and captain are fun and amazing! The water wasn’t very clear but still found some conch shells!

• Cancelled on me and waiting for refund

  Booked a 3 pm tour and the operator cancelled my booked time the evening before. Very informal text information about this and tried to get me to attend another time multiple times after I said no, because I did not have flexibility to do so on my vacation. Did not get an automatic refund for the cancellation.

• Lame excursion

  They rescheduled us many times. There is NO FLOATS - no tubes - the can of beer is 20$ and they take you to the barge of an island with tons of sea grass and zero visibility of fish. I saw nothing but water bottles and other trash snorkeling. I wish it at least had the raft to chill on. Nooooo bro. Nada.
