5.00This trip was the real deal. Perfect timing for the sunset cruise! The crew was super helpful with drinks, taking pictures and just generally helping everyone to enjoy the Alohoa spirit.

1.00It started out with filing an online form before you boarded and it was like a race to get a seat because with the number of people aboard once you had a seat you were stuck with it virtually no possibility of movement. Music selection was ok but the crew’s enthusiasm was lacking as the vibe they gave was here we go just another cruise….. I also left a jacket and shirt and tried to contact them by phone and email several times and No Response at all. I felt like once they have my money they don’t need to interact with the customer at all.

5.00The captain and crew were very accommodating and made the most of the situation. We got rained on the whole time, but the tour was beautiful and a great experience either way. I assume it would be much more beautiful if the sun decided not to hide, but that is mother nature’s call. If I could make one suggestion, please sell or provide ponchos 😊 thank you Moana crew for your hard work and professionalism!

2.00Cruise needed to have been canceled as it rained the entire trip, there were white caps on the ocean, and the drinks were watered down. Not top shelf as advertised. The crew were lovely ladies who were sweet and friendly

5.00Wow, the sunset was majestic! The Friday fireworks from the water was worth the extra. Drinks were great and the crew was fun. Be prepared to go barefoot on board. There's a bathroom but it's not the most posh especially since you must be barefoot. Maybe allow shower shoes for the bathroom??? All around, this was awesome.
