The site Mont St Michel was magnificent. Our tour guide was friendly, and had a lot of facts about the Mont. Many of us on this tour would have liked to leave the Mont 15 minutes earlier because getting back to the ship was too close to last boarding time which made many of us nervous.
Exceptional guide, must see attraction.

The Mont St Michel was a wonderful sight to see and a very unique experience. Our guide Onome provided a great balance of useful, interesting, historical, unique, and thoughtful information that we could not get if we had simply traveled ourselves.

The tour was well conducted. The guide is very knowledgeable and helped us out during the entire tour. The pit stops were well timed and the bus had a toilet. The tour presented the same material as the onboard shore tour. To reach the tour, you must step off the ship very quickly, or you’ll be left out on port.

As our 10th excursion off the ship in 12 days, we were excited to learn more about the Normandy region as we had on our other trips and had 6 hrs in coach to do so. But no. After a brief 15 min introduction to the area and the Abbey, our guide let us sleep the rest of the time. What about the economy, the history of WW II, lifestyles, demographics, education, business, political structure? There’s so much more to learn in this historical area of the world! And don’t believe the pitch about a break halfway there and on the return, it doesn’t happen, so Plan accordingly w snacks and drinks. That of course gave us more time at the Abbey but made for a rough day. Mont St. Michel was great and a definite bucket list item.

Wonderful place to visit and experience. We enjoyed the commentary that Onome our guide, provided during the bus time. She told stories and made the time pass quickly. She also gave us a tour of the lower shop area at the site, and made recommendations for restaurants.

We were a little nervous they would not get us back to our cruise ship on time. They reassured us then they delivered. We were back within a few minutes of their estimate! The trip both ways was fast and comfortable and our guide, Ash, was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour and Viator was very professional.
