On this unique adventure from El Calafate, travelers will enjoy an unforgettable day exploring Monte León National Park — the only park in Argentina that combines sea, coast, and steppe. The day begins early aboard a 4x4 Overland vehicle, crossing the Patagonian steppe and spotting native wildlife such as guanacos, rheas, and foxes. Upon arrival at the park, guests will take a walk among Magellanic penguins to a viewpoint overlooking the cliffs. Next, the journey continues by 4x4 along the trail leading to the iconic rock formation known as “Lion’s Head” and the sea lion colony, where these magnificent animals can be observed in their natural habitat. The excursion then proceeds to the Monte León Island viewpoint, home to large colonies of cormorants and seabirds. As the sun sets, the return journey begins, offering one last chance to admire the vast Patagonian landscape. A complete experience of nature, wildlife, and adventure in an extraordinary setting.

4.00Very long road but the pinguinos were worth it;-) Proximity while being safe for the species. We really liked it. We wish we could stop seeing the Guanacos on the road.

5.00Take the mini trekinig and Gourmet Glaciers tour with Patagonia Chic. Rent the boots for trekking and food for both excursions. Everything, everything was excellent, the activities, the administrative service, the quick answers to the e mial, the punctuality, the guide (Ruth), the food. Even the boots (which I recommend renting for the mini ice trekking trip if they don’t have their own) seemed new, the size I ordered was boys and they changed them at the time. I will definitely recommend it and if I go back south I would hire other excursions with them. Thank you!!!!

5.00Excellent experience at all times. The decreserva service provided by Romina has been very good. The ride has been impressive and our guide, Cecilia, gave us a lot of useful information, as well as infecting us with her sympathy and professionalism. Everything worked as announced and on time. Highly recommended the Patagonia Cic service and this experience with sailing on the glacier!

5.00It was an amazing experience, although the weather was not the best, the guide took us to all the points of interest and explained everything in detail. Very good service. We must take into account that if it is many hours of travel but worth it.
