Fun, interactive murder mystery theater on the trolley! Someone has murdered the Circus Queen...and suspects abound among the circus folk on board. Everyone seems to have a motive. Wear a circus costume if you wish, find yourself among the suspects, and help our sleuths to solve the mystery!

There is no acting. You are only reading lines in a script for speaking parts or wearing a prop for non-speaking roles. In order for the show to work we highly encourage guests to participate- it’s easy and very fun! Our roles are cast in advance, so please contact us

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour leaves. Trolleys leave at your scheduled time. If you don't arrive within 5 minutes of departure time, we reserve the right to resell your ticket.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Guests must be 12+; no children under 12 allowed except on our family tours designed for children 3-11. No children under 3. Every guest must have a paid ticket in order to board.

PLEASE NOTE: Video, audio and film recording of any performance by patrons is strictly prohibited.

We will need to know if you want to be an active participant in the Murder Mystery show.

Discover Sarasota Tours does it again! Our crew of four had so much fun playing roles and trying to decipher clues in the murder mystery "Who Killed the Circus Queen". The cast was great and it was a blast riding through downtown Sarasota singing along to the song "Downtown". Looking forward to the Sing-Along Tour when it comes back!

We had an evening of fun and laughter. The team of actors were exceptional and made it harder to guess which one of us did the murder. We would definitely go again.

Twelve members of our SFF Singles activity group enjoyed a fun evening trying to figure out who killed the circus queen, with several of us taking speaking parts or performing as circus characters on the the trolley. We had a blast and are already planning our next ride on one of these very enjoyable trolley tours!

We had a wonderful time on the mystery trolley. The actors were very fun and entertaining. We all laughed a lot. Loved the free beverage before we boarded. Great time!

So much Fun!!! The driver was careful, the Ring Master was fantastic and the interactive script was a hoot!! All Actors and Actresses did a stand up job keeping things rolling and us questioning Who Killed The Circus Queen! I'd HIGHLY recommend this company and this venue. This is my 3rd Trolly event and I have really enjoyed everything they have to offer! It's a good way to see the city and learn more about the culture.

This was a super fun tour! I had no idea what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. Great cast, and the audience participation made it even better. It’s not really for sightseeing if that’s what you are looking for. It’s all about figuring out the mystery of who killed the circus queen.

This was such a fun experience for all and we had family aged 12-86 with us! I would highly recommend this for a fun night out and something out of the ordinary to do. If you participate it is even more fun!
