Experience Niagara Falls; it's evolving uniqueness is sure to leave you with memories for a lifetime. Board our late model, climate-conditioned coach in Toronto. Sit back and relax in your reclining seat using our WiFi and facilities, if needed. Our English speaking guide will chat with you enroute and talk through your upcoming Niagara Falls experience. Make the most of your time and add on our skip-the-line boat cruise or Journey Behind the Falls (varies seasonally). Take all the worry out of your trip and choose to include lunch with views of the falls as well! After a visit to the falls and free time to explore we will depart for Niagara-on-the-Lake. Enjoy a stop at the famous Whirlpool Rapids followed by with a complimentary wine tasting. After wine tasting, relax on the coach while we make our way back to Toronto.

Unfortunately I could not go on the tour, I was picked up and the driver explained the itinerary, but it was in luxury 7 seater and I was expecting (assuming) a bus, I can't handle confined spaces and started to have a panic attack so I decided not to go, but the vehicle, the company and the driver were wonderful and really understanding, sorry I couldn't make the trip but recommend the company.

Alex and Sam were the most amazing tour guides! They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the most wonderful day and learnt so much.

None, we were left behind. Apparently, our confirmation text and email stated that check-in was at 8:30am and according to Greyline, departure was at 8:30am and check-in was 8:15am. We arrived at 8:32 am and the bus had departed. We were conversing with a rep from Greyline who was able to connect us with another company.

Great tour package. The falls were amazing. Enjoyed our visit to Niagara on the Lake. The lunch, boat ride and wine tasting made our trip very enjoyable. Our guide Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam the driver was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this tour to others. The combination of stops/activities was perfect for us. We would never have seen as much if we tried to do all these things independently.
