We enjoyed all the information our tour guide Garry provided. The tour was all we expected and the areas are beautiful and a lot of activities, stores and restaurants to go to. Niagara Falls and the area is beautiful and the town Niagara on The Lakes was so quaint and beautiful.

Our tour guide/ driver Johnny made the tour with how informative and funny he was. Small group today and felt like VIP’s. Visited many places including the following: Maple Syrup tasting, Niagara Lake, whirlpool and the amazing Falls. We also visited the flower clock and even the Monastery as an extra addition as such a small group of us.

Worth every penny! Comfortable mini bus. It was a great experience to see both the US and Canadian falls. Our Driver, Johnny was informative, friendly and fun. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommend this tour group. Special thanks to Johnny, the driver and guide.
Absolutely miserable experience, avoid this tour at all costs!

I don’t even know where to begin. The bus had NO AIR CONDITIONING. In the middle of a heatwave. It felt like we were being slow-cooked on wheels. Everyone was sweating, uncomfortable, and miserable the entire time. Windows were closed, fans didn’t work, and we were packed in like sardines. Not a single apology or heads up from the staff. Just silence like this was somehow normal. It completely ruined the trip. No one could focus on the scenery or commentary because we were too busy trying not to pass out from the heat. If I wanted a sauna, I’d go to a spa—not spend money on a tour that was supposed to be enjoyable. Never again. This was hands-down the worst tour experience I’ve ever had.

The Niagara Tour was easy to book and our driver, Johnny, was funny, engaging and entertaining and he went above and beyond with his detailed witty commentary to make the tour enjoyable for all of us on board. Time passed quickly on the way to Niagara on the Lake, despite traffic, Johnny navigated well cleverly knowing various shortcuts to avoid traffic congestion. On his advice, we decided to have the buffet lunch at the Sherton and the Niagara boat trip at the Falls, which we had not pre-booked. Johnny took care of all the arrangements and both were well worth doing. The view from the Sheraton was spectacular and the food delicious. The boat trip was trilling and a certainty to get wet! Our shorts proved a good option. There was a good range of pickup points and the drop off was personalised to our hotel. A truly fantastic Tour which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.
