Nice but make sure you read the fine print. Our tour guide was good but he was not very informative as to what was going on.

I paid for an expensive package! I made use that the boat ride, journey behind the falls are included as there are other cheaper tour packages. My tour package cost me $279.35 plus $90 Canadian dollar for lunch for 2 person! Expensive! Prior to purchasing, I called Viator to confirm that there will be a boat ride, the agent said yes! The only thing I did not include was the lunch which I had purchased separately and paid cash to the tour guide for $45 Canadian dollars. Per Johnny, the tour guide, we will have a spectacular view of the falls while dinning, but NO, we were seated way back.. Buffet was not great , not worth for the money. There were other restaurants nearby. We did not have the boat ride -a refund for the boat ride segment is warranted !!! I called Viator and they insisted that it is "either/or" boat ride or journey behind the falls! In as much as I had explained that I paid for both , they argued that it is either or. Please be careful when you book. Next-I signed up to be picked up at our hotel. But last minute Johnny from Zoom Tours asked us to go to nearby hotel where his other customers are. It is about few blocks and am wondering why were we not picked up???? There were no road constructions as what Johnny the tour guide stated, traffic was all clear at 7:30 in the morning!!! He offered to take us back to the hotel on our return, but we got off. Super not happy with this Zoom Tours!

Great tour in April! It was chillier and sprinkled a little bit, but we got away from the crowds versus doing this tour in the summer. Johnny was a great guide, driver, everything! Fun personality. Helpful for us that he spoke Spanish too. He and Zoom tours were very very organized. Got us through Journey Beyond the Falls super quick, tickets ready, everything. Lots of bathroom stops which is super convenient.

The Niagra Falls was amazing. Johnnie who was our tour guide was awesome and Incredibly knowledgeable
