Your Niagara adventure kicks off at Casino Niagara Falls, where you’ll meet your friendly local guide. As you walk along the scenic Niagara Parkway, you’ll take in breathtaking views of the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the mighty Horseshoe Falls. The tour wraps up at Niagara City Cruises, where you’ll don your poncho and step aboard the Voyage to the Falls boat tour for an unforgettable ride into the misty heart of Horseshoe Falls.
During colder months (Nov–April), Journey Behind the Falls replaces the boat cruise, offering an equally breathtaking view from tunnels carved into the bedrock.

4.00The guide was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. She did the tour in two languages which was very impressive. My only issue is not with the guide, but I'm not sure there's a lot of value in the tour versus just taking the boat ride. If I were to do it again, I'd probably just book the boat ride and skip the tour part.

1.00Worst customer service experience ever!!!!! Her behavior was rude and wouldn't listen to the customer!!! Would never use again. Would never recommend. Will all share reviews and experience on other sites. The on call operator was rude and inconsiderate. Kept interrupting the caller.

5.0010/10 SO much fun 😍 we got wet and loved every minute of it. It’s family friendly. We had a 1 year old and we strapped him to us but we could have used a stroller too!

5.00You will get wet, even with the poncho. Our guide, Bruno, was a very nice young man, and took great pictures for us. He took us to a garden that we would not have found on our own. It was a bit of quiet beauty away from the bustle of clifton hill.
